Sex question: guys and ejaculation? -

I-m just curious b/c I haven-t had sex yet but why do guys ask -where do you want me to c*m?- I mean if you-re engaging in safe sex doesn-t it go into the condom? Or is there a way to somehow have time to pull out and take out the condom off to ejaculate somewhere on the girl?
Is that something only guys ask when they-re not using a condom?
of course its easier for a guy to do that when he doesn-t have a condom on. but with a condom on a man can easily pull out, pull the condom off and then squirt where ever. my boyfriend used to do it all of the time
Don-t go by what they say - go by what they do! Make sure you always have protection or you could wind up being a Mama long before you-d planned. And guess who gets stuck raising the child? NOT him. He, by law, would only be required to pay child support for EIGHTEEN YEARS!
It-s not complicated to take the condom off and come wherever. But good thing they ask! Otherwise, make it clear to them. It once happened that I was gratifying my ex-bf and he exploded in my mouth. I almost puked!
They might not be wearing a condom.
