It could be that you are just having anxiety performance as well. I recommend just talking to your doctor about it. It-s probably nothing serious, but it could be something to do with your bloodflow or you-re having negative reactions to medications.

First of all, stress can cause improper ejaculation. Looking outside of your marriage to figure out what-s going on doesn-t seem to add up. Why not talk with your wife and go to a doctor? Why did you cheat to figure out a physical issue? It sounds like there is more going on than you are letting on to. I would talk with your wife, a doctor, and a psychologist to find out what the problem is. No one on this board can diagnose a disease from what you have said.
