Minimal semen on ejaculation, Im getting only a few drops with great difficulty. Erection not too bad. Causes? -
Minor problem with erection, so use some viagra etc. But have great problem in coming and when I do, just a few drops.

You may have a -weak- connection in the muscles which cause ejaculation, therefore sending less semen down the penis after an orgasm. Not to get too personal, but do you have seepage or dripping after the fact? Sometimes the remainder of a normal quantity of ejaculate continues to flow after the muscles relax. You are still most likely very fertile.
As to stimulation or difficulty acheiving orgasm, most of these problems are actually psychological. Masturbation with fantasy usually helps overcome this.
EDIT: Hmmm, more reading...you may have a blocked or pinched vas deferens which causes the semen to only flow from one testicle...this does not appear to be a fertility issue as many men with only one testicle are perfectly fertile (including my ex-boyfriend, the jerk-ha! no pun intended) Other issues with low flow may include lack of protein in your diet, dehydration, and testicular temperature.

EDIT 2: Whoa! You didn-t mention your age... this could be linked to prostate cancer...have you been screened?
I don-t know what causes, but I do know there-s some kind of pill that increases ones volume. But when I was reading about it, it was to help make ejaculation feel better, so don-t know if this has any relation to it.
You may have an infection. Drink lots of cranberry juice.
It also may have something to do with your age. People under 14 or over 65 sometimes have problems in this area.
