ejaculation is -so good- because of the cocktail of hormones it releases into your bloodstream, a lot of endorphins which make you feel good.
it is totally normal to masturbate regularly at your age, if you have only recently started producing semen you may run out after a few ejaculations but once you get older, in a few months or so, you will find your body produces more than you need to you will not run out. if you managed to ejaculate 3 times in a day you must have quite a bit, you will probably be able to ejaculate again tomorrow if not today.
