I-ve realize that every time I ejaculate I will seem to have to urinate.

When you ejaculate the system for urinating is shut off. In my case I can-t urinate for a short time (perhaps as long as 4/5 minutes) because normal operations have not returned. The system then start working again. If I have urinated before sex then I don-t need to go immediately after sex. You don-t say whether this makes a difference in your case or not.
Semen tends to stay behind in the urinary tract and it is acid:so when it stays there for some hours the damage has been done:peeing will hurt you then:it will sting.
But our body design is clever:we need to pee after we come to flush out the pipes:so we are not troubled by painful peeing the next time.
