Suddenly Developed Pre-Mature Ejaculation at 19YO? Please Help!? -
I really don-t know how this happened or why seeing im only 19 and in good health? I used to be able to last about half an hour plus easily. Now its more like five minutes max. If anyone could give me any idea why or some things to try to help or even fix the problem it would be greatly appreciated.
This is not a forum for those companies to post their nasal delivery technology or pills. I don-t want that.

This is a hard question to answer because it is embarrassing.
First of all, if you think it might be an STD, then don-t. Because no STD I have ever heard of has this disorder.
Premature ejaculation can be caused by a slight depression or stress. This causes a lack of confidence and your just not fully in the game per se.
If you don-t have that, then it may just be nerves (if its with a new partner).
Try to control it by the amount of stimulation prior to actual penetration. Concentrate on her as women need more stimulation.
