I am interested in knowing the causes of no ejaculation in men. Is this mental or is a health condition? -
It could be either one or both. Every once in a great while my hubby has on ejaculate but feels as if he orgasmed. He has prostate problems though. Whoever has the problem should really check with their family doctor.
Most often it is thought to be a Psychological condition requiring therapy, however there are rare cases of Organic origins, due to a failure of emission of semen from a block in the tubes or damage to the nerves, or because there is retrograde ejaculation (flow of semen back into the bladder due to weakness of the bladder neck). Any how you should consult a Urologist to rule out any mechanical problems and get a correct diagnosis.
