It all depends on your age. dont worry puberty is not the case in this question. You are 15 and haven had an ejaculation, either that means you dont want to masturbate or havent before, which either way is ok. The time and the place is your choice but if you want to ejaculate either go to your room or bathroom with some appropriate stuff with you (pics etc.) or just think of nice girls (or guys if you-re into guys) and just masturbate. If masturbating doesn-t appeal to you then you can just wait until you have a healthy relationship with a girl and as it progresses you will get closer to each other and will want to touch each other and that might make you precum. those answers are rediculous. ejaculation is not something that is forced, it happens naturally. there is no rush. it will happen when the time is right for you. you are probably concentration on getting an education and growing up, as you should. there is no rush to do adult things.
