The Start Stop Technique: The basic technique is stimulation of the penis until just before the point of orgasm, and then stopping stimulation until arousal is lower. What reasons would there be for a guy taking a long time to ejaculate during sex other than drugs, alcohol or viagra?

Well....stress and fatigue are two major factors. Also if the guy ejaculated even once earlier that day, may cause a delay the second, third....etc time around. If he is on medication other than a male enhancement drug (i.e anti-depressants and sleeping pills have been known to inhibit arousal). Other than that, your guess is as good as mine. :)
