and help myself. he never had this problem with other women. It might be psicological or the way I am internally? He is the only guy I had sex with so I do not know if others would have the same problem. Thanks

Make him go very slow and use grinding motions instead of long strokes. That should feel better for you as well. Tell him to pay careful attention to how it feels to approach orgasm. He should be able to feel it welling up inside of him a good while before he orgasms. He probably never paid attention to it before. Also, if you are handling the -goods- a lot during foreplay, you might want to scale that back a bit. Make him relax and feel safe with you, and make him take his time. He won-t be as tense, and that should help. If all else fails, you could try doing it twice. And also, you could show him how to make you orgasm with his hands and tongue and let him do his own thing afterward. Tantric sex is supposed to be good for this problem, but I-ve never really looked into it.

Masturbation is said to be good practice, but ONLY if he masturbates with the intent of increasing endurance. I think that is a detrimental factor to modern men. When most men masturbate, their goal is to get off quickly so as to avoid staying in the bathroom for an hour. It just takes some retraining. Be patient. Good luck!
maybe he wasn-t lying. maybe the others were looser and so there was less pressure, but you-re tight and so he gets going faster.

Teach him how to do extensive foreplay first, this will be beneficial to both of you. This way he can satisfy you before himself and he will feel good about it as well.
WOW!!! He obviously is turned on by you!!! More foreplay would help prior to intercourse and simple creams which are applied to the penis are readily available at any drug store that dull nerves a bit, thus slowing ejaculation....
have him bring you to orgasm using his hands or his tongue. Then, once the pressure is off, have intercourse with you on top. That, for some reason, seems to help. If he finishes really quick, stop moving for a little while and then see if you can get him going again. If he can, he-ll be able to hold it for a longer time.
eww sicko never ask a question like that again
THERE IS NO SUCH THING, WHEN ITS TIME ITS TIME
Wait 10 minutes and do it again. (And he is lying about it never happening before.)
buy man delay, or something like that, and condoms can help desensitize it,

if all else fails, injsect the penis with novacane, heh
There are exercises with mastrubating. Flexing your PC musscle they have alot of books on it.
It shouldnt be your problem. when its time, its time like someone else said. no one can get someone else off if you dont want them to and no one can stop someone from gettin off if they want to its all in your head and its up to each person to get them selves off so its not a problem for him and shouldnt be for you learn how to get off sooner instead of thinking he should get off later how about that?
Forgive me guys if I get it a little wrong (since I don-t hve my own equipment to know), from what I understand is self discipline. If your man is use to masturbation then he is use to getting there quickly and it hard to get away from that thinking.

Not all guys are like that. Some can-t get it up and some can last until your begging for a rest.

One thing you might want to consider. Chances are he-ll be like that until he ready to change himself. If this is a long term relationship are you willing to have unfulfilled sex for the rest of your life? Some women are okay with it, some have fun on the side and some leave because of it. Figure out what its worth to you before you invest so much time into it.

Don-t be so sure...

There are a number of desensitizing products that you can buy at the drugstore in the condom section with names like Detane and Mandelay. These may help.

Also, there is a technique that can help. Before he climaxes, have him withdraw. Then, you grip him firmly in your fist with your fingers around his shaft and your thumb on top of his glans. Press down on his glans with your thumb, while squeezing him firmly and counting to 10. He may soften a bit, but you can delay his ejaculation almost indefinitely in this manner.

Additionally, the two of you should develop techniques for him to stimulate and release you prior to his own release, so that you are both satisfied.

Rings are very dangerous and can cause permanent damage, since they prevent the natural blood flow out of the erectile tissue. They do NOTHING to prevent premature ejaculation, and, while they MAY help a man stay harder, the trade-off in the potential for harm is huge.
have him play with himself more, I know it sounds crazy but it could lead to him lasting longer, or try multiple times.
Ask him to pull out and foreplay a little more. That should throw his concentration off a bit. If this is a new relationship you just might be too excitable. But try that and remenber to practice safe sex.
tell him to buy a cock right it,s cheep and easy jest tell him he need it and use a condom, i use it and it works,
Tell him to masterbate first, wait 30 minutes, then try. Otherwise, there are gels/lotions that numb the member for longer enjoyment.
I have never tried this, but I have heard that a cock ring with help this. It is a small tube like ring that goes over the penis and down to the base (I think). It constricts the blood flow and makes it harder for him to climax.

Good Luck.
Learn tantric massage. This is a real concept that was featured (in a humorous way) on -Sex and the City- a couple of years ago. It-s basically a form of masturbation that is slower and more intense, and allows the man-s partner to control his orgasm via certain pressure points.
Have him arc one off about thirty minutes or so before he gets together with you. That should give some staying power. Also try the products that the good people here have recommended.
