my neighbor is 13 now but he still can-t ejaculate
why can-t he and when will he??
because that-s really weird and by this time i thought that he like should be...
I am 15 and can-t ejaculate as of yet, it is just because he hasn-t hit puberty yet. All people are different and may just be a late bloomer. Male teens can hit anywhere between 9 and 16, although usually between 12 and 15. In other words, he-s perfectly fine and there is nothing to worry about!

He-ll ejaculate when God makes him ready, and no sooner.
May I ask why your asking this question? But anyway, every guy is different. Some take longer to be ready for that and some don-t. He is one of the unlucky ones.
Tell him to keep playing with himself and he will ejaculate when his body is ready.
Guys are all on different developmental schedules.
You don-t expect girls all to get their first period at exactly the same age - some are years earlier or later than others, and they-re all perfectly normal. Boys cover at least the same range of ages when their bodies mature enough for ejaculation, but tend to mature a bit later than girls.
My advice is to stand back when he finally does!
