Out of all the technique for ending premature ejaculation there is one that has worked for me in the past and I still use it to this day. This technique is called Kegels Exercises.

If you want to learn how to perform kegels, you must first locate the Kegel muscle. Here-s how: Some time when he has the urge to urinate, he should sit on the toilet with his legs spread, start to urinate, then try to stop the flow. After starting the flow again, you can practice stopping and restarting your urine stream. It may take several attempts to actually isolate the PC muscle--the buttocks muscles have a tendency to kick in if the legs aren-t kept wide.

Once you have familiarized yourself with the sensation of contracting the PC muscle, you are ready to practice holding the contractions. You should first try holding a contraction for several seconds three or four times a day. Over the next few weeks, as you continues doing Kegels, you can gradually increase the time of the contraction until you are holding it for 10 to 15 seconds. Next, you should alternate these Kegel holds with a series of short, quick contractions. By doing this you will be well on your way to ending premature premature ejaculation.
use the stop and go method. when it feels like your about to blow, stop, and wait until it gets soft again, then repeat until you get bored, and then actually ejaculate.
Yeah when you feel the ejaculation coming on, take a little break till it dies down a little then continue until ejaculation is desired.
Just release your anchor a couple of hours before it-s time to rock the boat. The sexual sail will be a lot long if you catch my drift:)
Just practice over and over again by yourself. It-s a skill not some kind of gift.
