Okay, so it was my first time having sex last night. I felt fine during it, then when I started to ejaculate, it hurt very badly! It was this burning sensation going up my penis and in my testicles. I still have severe aches in my pelvic region especially in those places, and the pain has yet to go away. I am going to see the doctor in a couple of days, but I don-t know if this will be soon enough. Urinating is almost impossible because my muscles down there will barely function. Does anyone have any ideas of what this may be, and should I seek medical attention sooner?
Don-t listen to the fools playing Dr. Internets. Yes, you may have an STD, but if you do, it happened before this encounter. And it-s not causing this problem. First of all, there is no freaking way she infected you and you immediately had symptoms seconds later. Secondly, I have never heard of an STD that causes pain only during ejaculation and causes residual soreness. Something else is going on here. If you can-t pee then yes, you need to go to a doctor immediately because not being able to urinate is going to cause a host of other problems. OUCH! i really don-t know what wen-t wrong there, i think it-s because if you use use for some kind of lube it might have wen-t into the pee hole or it might have been VERY rough sex???
you could have had a retrograde ejaculation where the semen, instead of coming out your pee hole, went into you bladder. that would most certainly make you ache in general down there, and make urinating painful. use your judgment if you think you need to see someone sooner.
