A small amount of blood comes out along with my semen when I ejaculate. My penis does not have any cuts/bruises externally and it does not bleed when I get an erection or when I pee.(at least I don-t see any blood when I pee.) Is this serious? A disease maybe?

I had the same exact problem about ten years ago. If you cannot think of a specific time of injury go see a doctor and have him/her check it out. Your physician will most likely not give you a cause of injury and tell you not to worry. He/she will check your prostate and set up a follow up appointment. He/she will inject a radioactive solution into your blood stream and xray your genital region. It is an uncomfortable procedure and you cannot eat anything for 10-12 hours prior to the procedure. You also have to ingest castor oil the night before to clean out your colon so your fecal matter will not interfere with the xray.if there is any pipe leakage down there the xray will show it. It is always better to be safe than sorry.

i would go to the doctor only cause it could be something serious.
letting something go for to long can do more damage than you may realise.
