This problem occurs after I ejaculate, afterwards i-ll go to the washroom to urinate. after urination, ill get an irratating sensation for about 45 minutes in my penis, and sometimes a burning sensation on the tip on and off. while this happens, it feels as if i need to release more urine. If i put some force little drops will come out at a time, this keeps going for the 45 minutes. afterwards everything is fine. this may only happen once a month. What could be the issue?

It seems to be normal to have burning. But don-t go to the bathroom right away, go when you need to. Its most likely because the cowper gland didnt release the fluid base to avoid the burning sensation before ejaculating so that you wouldnt have to experience burning.

It could be that you are just having anxiety performance as well. I recommend just talking to your doctor about it. It-s probably nothing serious, but it could be something to do with your bloodflow or you-re having negative reactions to medications.

First of all, stress can cause improper ejaculation. Looking outside of your marriage to figure out what-s going on doesn-t seem to add up. Why not talk with your wife and go to a doctor? Why did you cheat to figure out a physical issue? It sounds like there is more going on than you are letting on to.
