6 days ago I had surgery to remove a complex lump on my left epididymis. How long do I wait til I can ejaculate/have sex and smoke?

And don-t say things like -you-re doctor should have discussed this with you. Because he didn-t. That-s why I-m askin here..

in terms of ejaculation and sex, i would say it is probably best to wait at least 10 days - 2 weeks. this will allows a lot of the major healing to occur. but take it easy for about a month.

in terms of the smoking, leave off it for at least 2 weeks as well. smoking seriously hampers your bodies ability to heal - sometimes extending healing time by 50%. so, the longer you keep from smoking the better chance you will recover faster.
They you have a sucky doctor. I would wait two weeks and then, i would take this opportunity to stop smoking.

What in the world could cause a guy to pre maturely ejaculate if their are no changes in sexual activity frequency, motions (movement),position,attitude...nothing! no changes at all! no additions or take aways of any sort. dont worry puberty is not the case in this question. You are 15 and haven had an ejaculation, either that means you dont want to masturbate or havent before, which either way is ok. The time and the place is your choice but if you want to ejaculate either go to your room or bathroom with some appropriate stuff with you (pics etc.) or just think of nice girls (or guys if you-re into guys) and just masturbate. those answers are rediculous. ejaculation is not something that is forced, it happens naturally. there is no rush. it will happen when the time is right for you. you are probably concentration on getting an education and growing up, as you should. there is no rush to do adult things.
Well, if you don-t masterbate, you can ejaculate. It usually doesn-t happen without stimulation. Not everyone gets -wet dreams- and ejaculates in their sleep. So just masterbate and see what happens.
