Im 20 years old, i just started having sex about 2 and a half month ago. I lost my V because I really am in love with this girl, who is now my fiancee. I-m thinking this is the problem, I may be too exited right now, everytime we make love, i go for about 5 to 10 minutes, and then I come. Before, I could get back up with no problem, Now, i come, and my penis won-t come back up for nothing. It-s really frustrating, i guess the main problem is not being able to get hard again. but maybe, i need to try to control myself as a whole. what can i do?? i need to figure something out, im getting extremely frustrated.

Sometimes your penis may need a rest. That is where post cuddling comes in. Cuddle for 10-20 minutes and then try again. Sex doesn-t have to stop just because your penis isn-t hard. Sex is so much more than that.

You could jack off first before sex and see if that helps. If not, then while you are making love and you are about to go, think of something like football or a movie you watched that will still keep you excited but loose the erection.

i think its normal to ejaculate in 5 or 10 mins when you have just started sex. you will get better at it. You need to control your ejaculation. There are plenty of tips you can use, one that you can do is slow down or stop when you feel you are about to come, may not work at first but practice makes things better. There are more ways though.
