Premature Ejaculation is only related to intercourse, not masturbation. You may be training yourself to premature ejaculate, since most teenage boys rush to do the act for the fear of getting caught. Just learn to relax while masturbating and take your time, when you feel that you are about to ejaculate, stop and let the feeling go and start up again. Until you actually have intercourse a couple of times, then you will know if you have it or not.
