So i have a problem. I seem to ejaculate extremely quick. Now when i say quick i mean within one minute of making out..and just making out with a girl. Now i have gone to a doctor and he was no help, so i need some advice to help me with this. And keep in mind that im only 17.

Hey man I am 16 and I actually struggled with same problem, and I know how much it sucks. Good news though, a lot of people do have this problem, like 75% of men deal with premature ejaculation! anyways, you should just get more experience, like do you masturbate, that really helps.There are a bunch different methods that help, I found this blog with a bunch of methods, informationsex.blogspot.com. I had this problem like a year ago, but it went away, i think because I masterbate alot. After you get passed the ejaculation before even intercourse (which i hope you do), you should use some over of the counter meds they have for this condition. It helps by numbing the tip of the penis a little bit, so that you can experience a full on orgasm.
Although I cured my PE with a program I found in an eBook, here are a few techniques that helped delay my ejaculation:

1. Practice. If you make it a practice to stimulate yourself several times a day, but stop several times before you reach full orgasm, you will learn to control your urge to come and delay the inevitable by a considerable amount of time.

3. Breathing exercises are highly effective, and can make you last much longer in bed. If you can remember to exhale as you go forward and inhale as you pull back (the opposite of what many men do naturally), you can slow your heart rate and increase your staying power.

4. The stop and start method for premature ejaculation only works if you have an understanding and helpful partner. Forget practicing this alone - it-s useless in my opinion.

5. Don-t do all the work. Try placing the woman on top and tell her to pull off when you get too excited. Along with making you feel more relaxed, this takes away your ability to control (and thus rush) the encounter.

u r still 17 and i think there is no hurry for you to do that now but any way if the problem persists for longer time you can try out some medicine which helps in anti premature ejaculation.
try to remove the stress as even it may cause the problem.
I agree that circumcision would help if you are not already done. In my experience, circumcised men last much longer before ejaculation, which a girl needs as she usually takes longer to teach her orgasm
if you are uncircumcised then gettting that done would be a start. Otherwise practice holding it off and relaxation

Pre-ejaculatory fluid is produced primarily in the Cowper-s gland and the prostate gland, which are also glands that produce semen. As your body becomes more aroused these glands prepare for ejaculation by producing a clear, slippery fluid. This fluid lubricates the way for the sperm to leave the body, as well as making the urinary tract a less harmful environment for the sperm to survive longer. Almost all men produce pre-ejaculatory fluid, but a lot are unaware since they may not produce enough to actually see it oozing out during sex. Some men produce heavy amounts of this fluid.

The activity that you engage in isn-t what will determine if you produce any or not, it is how aroused you are and for how long you remain aroused. If you ever have a prolonged masturbation session you will be more likely to produce enough pre-ejaculatory fluid to see it coming out of your penis.
If you-re really aroused you can ejaculate without touching your ding-dong, I don-t know why anyone would stick their penis up their butt.
