premature ejaculation is a necessary step no matter what. glands within ur pubic area release a mixture of liquids designed to lubricate the urethra. this liquid also contains buffers designed to balance the acidic environment of the vagina. no matter what, ur body will naturally do this. some sperm may be present in this liquid or there may not be any. its a precaution. if this liquid was not present then all the sperm would die immediately once coming in contact with either the urethra or the vagina. it happens.

Ummm, premature ejaculation is something you do... not something you get. It is the result of overstimulation... either physical or mental.
I suppose if you masturbate from start to finish in a very short period of time, your body could become used to reaching orgasm very quickly... but I-ve certainly never conducted any studies on it. Hmmm, that would be interesting.
