What will happen if you masturbate and ejaculate, and after that, start masturbating again and ejaculate once more? Will there be any side effects to the body?

You can ejaculate once more if you fancy. Note that the volume of ejaculate would be smaller and the orgasm might not be as pleasurable as the first one.
After an ejaculation, the internal organs do get somewhat tired and if not given enough time to rest and replenish, they won-t be able to contract very well during the second ejaculation, thus will result in a less powerful orgasm. There is no real side effect as such but as you get older you need more and more rest in between ejaculations.
Nothing will happen other than it will feel good. In fact if you-re able to a second time that soon- good for you. It probably felt better since it took a little longer. At best you might a few hours later, but consecutively?
