Then why do some guys complain about pain during an ejaculation?
It is the best feeling ever.
They complain because there is left over ejaculate in their urethra.You just need to squeeze it all out from the bottom upwards.
If it dries in the urethra it-s gonna hurt and peeing as well.

it is possible that you may have a tortuous vas deferens (the tube that carries the semen) that is causing pain with ejaculation but I am not aware that this actually occurs.
If you also have pain on urination this would indicate inflammation of the urethra beyond where the vas deferens connects to the urethra.
On the other hand, you have an inflamed muscle. Ejaculation causes contraction of multiple muscles. If one is -pulled- it could cause pain similar to straining a muscle in another part of the body like in the leg, groin ect.
I do not know your age, but, yes, ejaculation does feel good if it is your first time. You are releasing your energy that is stored up and getting rid of your sperm.
Some guys might explain pain because they might rub it too hard and in some cases, it is know to bleed from rubbing it so much.
If you cannot ejaculate, tahn forget it. What is the big deal. Find something to do. Go out with friends. Do something!!!!!!
sometimes the ejaculation can very very intense and it hurts if they continue to rub their penis
