Can a circumcision at age 40 cause difficulties for ejaculation or no ejaculaion at all? -

the circumsicion was performed on november 17, 2006, have had sexual intercourse on 3 ocassions but no ejaculation. But he does remain erect for a decent amount of time. Can it be the circunsicion or is it anything else?

Yes, it very likely is a result of his circumcision.

Circumcision causes a great deal of damage to a very sensitive organ. Many of the effects are difficult to measure but they do exist. The foreskin had 240 feet of nerves and more than 20,000 specialized nerve endings. These were all lost when he was circumcised.

It is very likely that it was the -input- his system got from those nerves that would drive him to his orgasm, and now they are gone. It is possible that he may be able to -learn- to respond to the sensations in other areas of his penis and body. These sensations are much more subtle and evasive.

If this does not get better for him he will have to do what a lot of us cut guys do and use -mental images- and fantasies to help trip our triggers.

You might also check the documents from his surgery, see if it warned him about a possible loss of sensitivity. If that is not spelled out in the informed consent form that he signed take it to a lawyer.
thak you for your answer cutboi!!!

Keep trying...
probably having trouble relaxing and he-s experienceing new feelings. Keep trying. If he-s getting too sensitive to continue, try a condom and lots of lube.
