Ok iam a male 19 and for the last past 2 weeks i have experiencing some premature ejaculation when i pee not every day but once in a while i don-t know why sperm comming out of my penis when after i pee thats not cool i was at the doctors and it happend. I do not have sex or materbate i can control my hormons. But this is weird could anyone help me out please has anyone else had this pronlem i ask my brother hes 2 years younger than me it hasen-t happend to him but he has had wet dreams a few times. He has had sex with his girlfriend now there broke up must not have been great sex it-s a shame really lol. Anyway back to me anyone else have this problem one time i drink alot of of maybe i should drink alot more water really i haven-t been drinking water stupid of me pop gives me a pic up and iam addicted to it. But help please.There may be a valve problem that doesn-t allow you to shut off completely

It has nothing to do with what you drink. When you have semen coming out when you urinate, it means that you have prostate problems. Most likely from not masturbating when you should. No doubt that your balls feel painful some of the time. If they don-t then the semen leaving may be over-flow.
