Ejaculation gas cramps? -
After i ejaculate i get like these painful gas cramps, for about a minute. Is this normal? i-m 14. anything i can do to stop this?

It may not necessarily be gas cramps, because during puberty, yur parts are not all developing at an equal rate.
The duct from yur seminal vessels may still be opining up, but not passing fast enough yet during ejaculation for the fluid to be able to flow through fast and easy to get a quick empty, like you need.
There would be sort of a cramp feeling after because the core muscles would have clamped down on them, and the fluid got squeezed some, instead of being able to empty out into the center of the prostrate gland to mix with the prostrate fluid and be expelled through yur penis.
Because of the inner location, the pain feels like a cramp or cramps. This should stop as nature catches up on all of the part, both inside and outside yur body.
If this continues to nag you over much more time, you could talk with yur doctor to put your mind at ease, and maybe he has something like an antihistamine which will promote the tubes to open wider, and sooner.
You don-t want to be paying an unnecessary price of pain, to enjoy what feels beautiful!

It sounds like pain in the prostate. I didn-t have this problem when I was young, but I occasionally have pain now that I am older. Usually lasts 10 - 15 minutes. I can never predict when it will happen, but it seems to occur sometimes when I haven-t ejaculated for a few days, so it may be related to semen volume. I asked my doctor about it and he didn-t know anything to do to prevent it.
It may be embaressing to say to a doctor see-ing as how your are 14 but im 16 and never had that before so I, personally, recommend asking your doctor on information or to take a look.
