I want to add something to this question...lets say the penis does not go in the girl...but at some point he touches the penis, while it is -precumming- and like 2 seconds later he touches inside the girl...is the sperm able to survive and will that make her pregnant? :S

Ejaculate is associated with orgasm. Both of these fluids contain sperm and are capable of impregnating a girl, even if it is put inside of her by his hand or fingers. Sperm can live outside of the body for several hours and up to 5 days inside of a girls- body.

Let me explain: Precum has very little, if any sperm, so all by itself the chances of getting a girl pregnant is virtually zero.
