yes, this is perfectly normal, it happens to all men-s penises.Your testicles are pumping out semen, that-s why they do it.
i never really noticed. When i am ejaculating i am not usually thinking/paying attention to if my balls are disappearing.

Can be but if it gets painful go see a Doc. The surgery involves a procedure that pulls it downward. Sore for about a Month but it helps.
