Ejaculation without full erection? -
My husband is 36, and in the last year he has started ejaculating sometimes with a semi-erect penis. It-s happened once during sex and several times during masturbation.
He-s been to the doctor and had a blood test, and his testosterone levels are exactly in the centre of the normal range. However, he does have Hashimoto-s thyroiditis.
He worries that he-s too young for this to happen, and is now anxious about having sex in case it happens again.
What can I do to help him? Are there any natural supplements or remedies that can be of assistance?

36 does seem a little young for weak erections, it is probably related to his medical condition.
Tell hubby to start taking the amino acid suplement L-Arginine. He should take 1500 to 3000mcg per day. This is the main ingredient in all the so called -enlargement pills-. It won-t enlarge anything but will make the erection harder. You can get this from vitamin shops or in cheap powder form from bodybuilding.com.
He may also want to start doing jeqls. Some men develop plague in the spongy tissue in the penis. This causes lack of blood flow and a weak erection. Do a google search for -jeqling- to find out the process. You can find free information so do not waste money at any pay site.

Here-s the thing, at your point of your relationship, you probably don-t have much foreplay (disreguard my comment if this is false). You two probably get right down to business because it-s somewhat a ruitine. Try to make things exciting. Foreplay is what makes sex great. The anticipation of it all is the best...
