What is the point of it and what does it do?

-Soulrbl34- is right to a certain extent, but there-s a little more to it. Pre-ejaculation, or Cowper-s Gland Secretion, is a fluid that is sent through an erect penis to -clean out- the insides and prepare for ejaculation. It also can act as a type of lubrication. It doesn-t leak out in all guys, just like it gushes out in others. That-s why you may notice a wet spot on a guy-s pants after he-s had an erection. Also, it does contain a few sperm cells, but not many. That-s why the withdrawal technique can still get a girl pregnant.?
it is when a man is rock hard and gets that first involuntary muscle spasm that drools out a little semen or seminal fluid, and yes you can get pregnant from it,but not as easily as a full spasdic ejaculation.
it happens before each ejaculation, serves as a lubricant for semen to explode out.
One thing it does for me is it helps to lubricate. I am large so this help when I first entering a female.

Your testes are temperature sensitive. When they-re too cold, they pull tight against you (your scrotum contracts). If they-re hanging low, then they were too warm. I doubt if your firing off an excessive number of air-bursts is causing the problem.
That is normal. Testicles are soposed to be cold, that is why they are outside the body and not inside, like a female-s ovaries. Sperm is better kept that way.

no im not worried i am pregnant but my bf told me that pre ejaculation is his body cleaning out of urine . is this true? i thought pre ejaculation has some sperm in it.

yes, pre-ejaculation has sperm...
Pre-ejaculate comes from the Cowper-s glands which work independently from the semen system. It has three main functions:
1. As a lubricant to aid initial entry into the vagina.
2. To flush urine out of the urethra.
3. To neutralise any acid in the urethra prior to an ejaculation.
In an ideal world, there shouldn-t be any sperm in precum and there usually isn-t any. But the little tykes sometimes go walkabouts at the wrong time, so it is possible that a few stray ones can get into the fluid. That is why it is always sensible to be wary of allowing precum to come into contact with a vagina.
