Pre-ejaculation, or Cowper-s Gland Secretion, is a fluid that is sent through an erect penis to -clean out- the insides and prepare for ejaculation. It also can act as a type of lubrication. It doesn-t leak out in all guys, just like it gushes out in others. That-s why you may notice a wet spot on a guy-s pants after he-s had an erection. Also, it does contain a few sperm cells, but not many. That-s why the withdrawal technique can still get a girl pregnant.?
it is when a man is rock hard and gets that first involuntary muscle spasm that drools out a little semen or seminal fluid, and yes you can get pregnant from it,but not as easily as a full spasdic ejaculation.
