yes, there are medicines available. any kind of opiate pain killer will delay it. And also doctors have even prescribed a SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) ex. zoloft, lexapro, prozac, etc. to treat this condition. This can even lead to the exact opposite problem, the inability to achieve orgasm, so dont take too much. But i think you would rather last an hour than 10 seconds..;)

oh sweetie, i feel so bad for you. You have to go the doctor and tell them all of this, All your sypmtoms and what you did. Dont waste time worrying and i suggest that aslong as you have these sypmtoms you keep taking tests. In my sex ed class they said some people can go 6 months with HIV while the tests were still negative, so keep taking tests! I really hope the best for you and if you are lucky and dont have an STD or HIV, I hope your smarter next time.

You say there was no semen involved, but there can be a fluid present. Did you have any sores or open wounds in your mouth? Also the symptoms you-re experiencing don-t have to be caused by this particular oral sex. Were there any other ocassions when you had an unprotected sex?

Well I do not think HIV causes burning sensations. It actually does not have any symptoms. It will just destroy your immune system.
