I have been prescribed, -Cipralex-(Escitalopram) for -Pre-mature Ejaculation, by my Urologist.
Is it effective??
I know that it is an anti-depressent. Does it have any side effects. I am with a normal state of mind.

SSRI-type antidepressants are often prescribed for premature ejaculation due to a very common side-effect, delayed orgasm or even anorgasmia (inability to ejaculate). You are unlikely to experience severe side effects on the small doses prescribed for PE, although some teeth grinding or mild insomnia are possible. The medication might take 10-14 days to start working. Most people find that once they can control their ejaculation whilst taking an antidepressant, they retain good control when they stop taking the medicine. You should also try to strengthen your PC muscle, as this will help to give you ejaculatory control.

Urination Before Ejaculation? -

Urination Before Ejaculation? -

Ok I-m 13 have had wet dreams so I know I can ejaculate I was tired of having white stains on my boxers so I decided to masturbate so it didn-t happen well when I thought I was nearing orgasm a lot and I mean A LOT of urine came out and I smelt it cause it was clear and thought it might be either one it smelt like urine....so ya I-ve tried many time full bladder or not I end up having to run up to the toilet and pee and not being able to hit orgasm and its pissing me off....is this normal for a13 year old?
It is almost impossible to pee when you have an erection, because your prostate closes off the exit from the bladder to stop this happening.
You don-t actually ejaculate when you have a wet dream, it just oozes out - more often or not you do not even have an erection when it happens.
Just before orgasm, there is a strong feeling like you badly want to pee. Maybe you reach this point, think you want to pee, then stop masturbating too early to go off and have one.
If this isn-t the case and your description is accurate, you need to see a doctor.
My suggestion would be to do it in the shower, carry on when you feel the urge to wee, and see if the urge stops and turn into orgasm.
Problem solved I say!
i would talk to your dad about this, embarrasing yes but it might be helpful, he might now or he could take you to a doctor cause it could be serious
This is very strange. Are you sure its urine? mabye it could be precum... im not sure. Feel free to email me at woodybuzzmax@yahoo.com to talk about it more.
Hi - u-ve put a question like this b4 but this time u-ve added detail.

The Answers above r correct for older guys
BUT it is not uncommon if boys are young - just starting to masturbate, for the valve that shuts off urine not to have fully developed and doesn-t quite work.
As u say, it is quite usual for very young boys like 5 to be able to pee with erection !! This is normal.
This will sort itself out prob by time yur 14 or maybe sooner if u carry on masturbating. U don-t need doctor unless it goes on after yur say 15.

Question about premature ejaculation, or something similar? -

Question about premature ejaculation, or something similar? -

Does anyone have any information on a condition where a man will sometimes loose an erection or have premature ejaculation where the fluid is unusually clear (no sperm seems to be present), or there is a very small amount? Both of these characteristics are for the same individual..
Any suggestions on what this could be?

Some men have retrograde ejaculations where some of the fluid is ejaculated back in the bladder during orgasm.

Retrograde ejaculations tend to occur when the man stops and starts sexual activity on a number of occasions or when the man has excellent control over his ability to ejaculate. Some men lose their erections but can quickly regain them with stimulation. The benefit is that some men are known to last a long time before eventually ejaculating - which could be exhausting to the other partner.

Lack of ejaculation is a common side effect of antidepressants.
Well, the clear fluid may not be ejaculate at all. It may pre-ejaculatory fluid which many men produce. See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pre-ejacula…
for a little more information.

If it is ejaculate, remember sometimes it can be clear, runny, yellowish, thick. There could be lots or a little. Ejaculate production can be influenced by many things.

As for loosing an erection, that can be down to stress or many other physiological issues. However, if you are very concerned about this, I would always recommend seeing a doctor as it is very possible that there is a physical reason for sexual performance.

Hope I have helped.
there are certain drugs as anafronil as i remember that delays ejaculation as a side effect (it acts on CNS!!!)
abnormaly clear fluid is not that significant as i think....if u r afraid of no sperms, simply have sperm count at the lab.
completely losing erection may b due to psychic effect at the moment or old age, or so on...
The guide on mistermanpower.com should be able to help this out
wow, I have some of the same stuff, but I dont understand why
