Question concerning ejaculation and urological health? -

About 5 days ago I was masturbating and when I came, nothing came out. It felt normal, except for a possible tightening pain I can-t explain. Afterwards for the next 2-3 hours I was uncapable of urinating. No dribbling, no nothing. I had the urge to go, but nothing. I understand that it can take time for the body to switch back to peeing mode, but this long?

I am 20 years old
I have -primary bladder neck obstruction-
I take Terazosin (5mg)
I go to a urologist, but I figured this may be a cheaper way to clear my mind?

Can anyone explain why no seaman came out (I hadn-t masturbated for 4 days previously)? And why I wasn-t able to pee for many irritating hours afterwards?

If anyone can, I-ll be incredibly greatful.
yes it sounds like retrograde ejaculation. you need to see a urologist !
Call your urologist !
If it is something you need to see him about, he will tell you.
If it is not a problem, he will tell you that too.
You should not get charged for a quickie consultation like that.

Better to ask your urologist than people here, as the urologist is trained, actually knows what he-s talking about, won-t try to bullsh!t you for laughs, and knows the particulars of your specific case.

Googling, I find out that Terazosin is used to control premature ejaculation, so it could cause someone not having that problem to stay clenched enough to cause retrograde ejaculation [where your load backs up into your bladder].

from which I quote:
-Retrograde ejaculation has several possible causes, including:
* Side effects of medication — Certain medications can interfere with the function of nerves that control the muscles involved in ejaculation. They include:
*** [a few other drug classes here]
* Drugs for treating prostate enlargement — tamsulosin (Flomax) or terazosin (Cardura)-

And lower down:
-Treatment

Most men who have retrograde ejaculation do not need specific treatment. If the condition is a side effect of medication, your doctor may be able to switch you to a different drug that does not cause the problem. In other men, all that is needed is reassurance that retrograde ejaculation is not a serious medical problem and that it is not a sign of a serious condition such as cancer.

In some men, retrograde ejaculation requires treatment because it interferes with fertility. This treatment varies depending on the cause. If your retrograde ejaculation is a side effect of medication, your doctor probably will switch you to a drug that does not affect ejaculation.-

But the above do not explain inability to urinate, so call your urologist.

Your urologist should perhaps have told you this was possible, or the information that came with your pills should have [did you read it ?].
Sounds like Retrograde Ejaculation. Do a google search and see.

How can i increase my ejaculation amount? -

How can i increase my ejaculation amount? -

well, how?

any special foods or drinks?

certian health pills, vitimans, minerals to take?

and ps: foods= just normal stuff to eat to increase it all

the vitamin zinc! it will make your loads HUGE!
According to Joy of Sex, if you want to increase the volume of your ejaculate, you should masturbate nearly to orgasm, and then stop. Wait approximately half hour and then engage in sex to orgasm. This supposedly will increase the volume.

While drinking lots of water will increase the volume of urine, I seriously doubt if it will increase your volume of ejaculate.
water. lots of water.
Ask the porn star Peter North.

Premature ejaculation? -

Premature ejaculation? -

Hi im 16 and im currently in high school.

I have a problem with premature ejaculation, I -discharge- at the most random occasions, sometimes I don-t even notice it till I stand up and notice how wet I am, or randomly smell it when I-m sitting down, I never told anybody about this problem because I-m so embarrassed.

If I can-t sit still without ejaculating how the hell am i meant to get close to sex?

It happens about 6 to 8 times a month, generally in the morning.

When I was a teenager that happened to me. Don-t worry. It-s normal.
Your body has alot of male hormones flowing which make you very sexually loaded. That is a good thing. But maybe a little inconvenient.
Take the advise the others have given you here. You also might try masterbating every morning to reduce your bodies need to clear out your sexual system. Some guys beat off in the bathroom stall during the day to satisfy the system. But don-t worry. You-re normal.
it is normal for a man to ejaculate quickly the first time he has sex
It is also normal if a man hasn’t ejaculated for a long time. The occasional loss of control doesn’t mean the man has a sexual problem.

Tips To Prevent Premature Ejaculation

The Start Stop Technique: The basic technique is stimulation of the penis until just before the point of orgasm, and then stopping stimulation until arousal is lower. Start stimulating again and the process is repeated until desired length of time until orgasm is reached, You may lose your erection when you stop the stimulation, but just start again. The most Important part of this exercise is to try everyday if possible. This exercise may take 3-5 months for improvement.

dude, perfectly normal. This happens to some teens more than others, but it-s normal. No worries, and if you-re worried about having stains or wet spots, then bring an extra pair of boxer/pants and throw them in your locker. It-s really no big deal and part of the process of growing up. Happens to all of us.

at 16 you shouldn-t be worried about *******. Yet, when I was 16 that is all I wanted to do. Best bet, use a condom, make sure she-s on the pill and when that is all said and done, when you know you-re going to go **** her or whatever, go jerk off in the bathroom real quick. This will help prolong the process.
Do you ejaculate without erection?
Are you always aroused all the times, watching porn or sex movies?
HOW ABOUT TELLING MOM AND DAD SO YOU CAN GO TO SEE A DOCTOR.
