You may be increasing your risk of contracting prostate cancer!

The prostate is a male reproductive organ which helps produce and stores seminal fluid. It is comprised of many small glands which make about twenty percent of the fluid comprising semen. In prostate cancer the cells of these glands mutate into cancer cells.

Prostate cancer is classified as an adenocarcinoma, or glandular cancer, that begins when normal semen-secreting prostate gland cells mutate into cancer cells. Over time these cancer cells begin to multiply and spread to the surrounding prostate tissue (the stroma) forming a tumor. Eventually, the tumor may grow large enough to invade nearby organs such as the seminal vesicles or the rectum, or the tumor cells may develop the ability to travel in the bloodstream and lymphatic system. Prostate cancer is considered a malignant tumor because it is a mass of cells which can invade other parts of the body. This invasion of other organs is called metastasis. Prostate cancer most commonly metastasizes to the bones, lymph nodes, rectum, and bladder.

Prostate cancer is the second most common type of cancer in men, and among men it is responsible for more deaths than any other cancer (except lung cancers - caused by primary and secondary smoking). However, many men who develop prostate cancer never have symptoms, undergo no therapy, and eventually die of other causes. Many factors including genetics (risk is double if your father or brother had it) and diet have been implicated in the development of prostate cancer.

However studies have proved that frequent ejaculation decrease a man-s risk of prostate cancer. One study showed that men who ejaculated five times a week in their 20s had a decreased rate of prostate cancer.(Giles GG; Severi G; English DR; McCredie MR; Borland R; Boyle P; Hopper JL. Sexual factors and prostate cancer. BJU Int. 2003 Aug;92(3):211-6).

It is held in many mental health circles that orgasms relieve depression, stress and have health beneficial effects. They not only provide a short-term sense of euphoria but also lead to a higher sense of self-esteem. Erectile and orgasmic dysfunction may also be early warning signals of the onset of health problems.

If you partner, wife or mistress is following the teaching of Elise Sutton and the like to use orgasm control to get their way, you may want to consider finding someone who truly loves you and views sex as a demonstration of mutual love rather than a weapon to blackmail you to get what they want!

On the other hand if you are a willing participant and it is your “kink” to deny orgasm you should consider “milking” by regular prostate massage administered by your keyholder, mistress or partner.

Male prostate orgasm

Some men are able to achieve ejaculation or orgasm by stimulation of the prostate gland (the male g-spot). In SOME men NO orgasm results but prostate milking without penile stimulation still causes ejaculation. In fact usually a greater volume of semen is ejaculated (only a portion of stored semen is released in a penile orgasm but when the prostate is massaged its entire store is released). Most men report it provides an enhanced and more pleasurable version of the standard male orgasm.

Finally if you are considering orgasm denial in the mistaken belief that it improves sex you should consider the following. First practice makes perfect with everything in life – including sex. Second studies show that through practice men can be multi-orgasmic enhancing the sex experience for both the man and his partner!!

Male multiple orgasms

Many people confuse male orgasm with ejaculation. The two are quite separate although usually occur at the same time. In fact, not only is it possible to have an orgasm without ejaculation (a “dry orgasm”) it is also possible for men to ejaculate without reaching orgasm! Yes that’s right girls men fake it too!!!!

Some men are able to consciously separate orgasm and ejaculation allowing them to achieve multiple orgasms. Men who have practiced this technique extensively report that they can sometimes experience a continuous -wave- of orgasm. This can last in theory indefinitely, but in practice is limited by the man-s ability to concentrate or -surf the wave.-

In recent years a number of sex manuals for men have delved into this technique. Men who have become adept at this practice also report more powerful ejaculatory orgasms when they choose to have them. There are two methods: First the tantric requires that the man -hold on-, maintaining control to prevent ejaculation as long as possible.

The second and more effective method allows the man to ejaculate whenever the release feels like happening then he fights the effect of prolactin (the hormone which makes him feel like stopping and going to sleep!) If men ignore this sleepy feeling for the 3 seconds after the hormone release then it subsides and they can continue onto the next ejaculation and orgasm.

During a scientific study conducted at Rutgers University in 1995 six fully ejaculatory orgasms were experienced in 36 minutes with no refractory period in evidence. The study was subsequently published in the -Journal of Sex Education and Therapy- (1998; Volume 23, No. 2; pp 157-162).

There is currently an experimental interest in drugs which inhibit prolactin, such as Dostinex capable of eliminating the refractory period altogether, allowing men to experience multiple ejaculatory orgasms in rapid succession, and hence carry on with their female partners to ensure they come to orgasm too!

Although Men like for women to think there is, sorry there is no medical effect of just not getting to ejac*late. Although if you hold it in on purpose when you are about to ejac*late you can cause an embollism. But just holding off won-t cause any medical problem.
I never heard of one. There is something called tantric sex which is basically that.
To the male readers... You may have noticed a distinct bluish tinge to your testicles after you -make out- or are sexually aroused for several hours -- and the deep, uncomfortable ache that goes along with it
Actually, a proliferation of male sperm. :) You-re more likely to father a MALE child if, when you ejaculate, you impregnate a woman.
blue balls!!!
How long are you denying this?
It has more of a psych effect than bio effect. When you DO allow yourself to ejaculate, it will be w/in a short amount of time.
There isn-t any...blue balls is a myth. Sure you may -ache- for the orgasm...but that is becuase you want to experience the good feeling. If anything it is good for you..your body produces excess semin and sperm...which when not released is reabsorbed by your body. Good nutrients!
As others have explained, the denial doesnt affect your health or body. But it sure does leave a uncomfortable feeling till the erection subsides. There are some practices which recommend this exercise to increase your -time- during the act.
Nothing medical, just uncomfortable until the erection subsides.
