This problem occurs after I ejaculate, afterwards i-ll go to the washroom to urinate. after urination, ill get an irratating sensation for about 45 minutes in my penis, and sometimes a burning sensation on the tip on and off. while this happens, it feels as if i need to release more urine. If i put some force little drops will come out at a time, this keeps going for the 45 minutes. afterwards everything is fine. this may only happen once a month. What could be the issue?

There are things a doctor can do to assist you with this problem, or you could try to masturbate prior to having intercourse, so you have more staying power for the actual event. Your partner could help with this as well to make it pleasing to you both.
