Gentlemen, how do you tackle pre-mature ejaculation ? -
How do you cope with it ? What technique do you use ? Share your experience. Has your partner helped you with that ? How can he/she help you ? In what way ?
There are lots of ways to deal with premature ejaculation. A quick fix is to simply masturbate a few hours before having sex. When you actually do have sex, you-ll tend to last longer (though sometimes it might not feel as good). There are also desensitizing creams that may help, but again, a temporary solution and not a great one.
The best way to deal with it is to practice the -stop and go- method while masturbating. Basically, slowly masturbate until you feel like you-re about to ejaculate, then stop all stimulation (remove your hand and whatnot if necessary). Once the feeling subsides, resume masturbating until the feeling comes back and again stop. Do this several times, bringing yourself close to ejaculation/orgasm but stopping right before so it doesn-t happen. You might fail the first several tries and accidentally ejaculation or leak semen, but don-t get frustrated - it takes time and practice. Eventually, you-ll become aware of what makes you get close to ejaculating and how to control it.
Another thing to try in the meantime is to strengthen the PC muscle via Kegel exercises. This is the muscle that controls urine flow and ejaculation. To find it, you can either try to temporarily stop urine flow while urinating, or -flex- your penis when you have an erection so it kinda jumps. Once you-ve found the muscle you don-t need to be urinating or have an erection to tense it. In Kegel exercises you basically tense the muscle for a few seconds, then let it relax for a few seconds, then tense again, repeating the process for a few minutes each day. Again, over time you-ll have better control over ejaculation, and when you do ejaculate, you might find it more forceful and the orgasm might feel better.
Those two are basically the main treatments of premature ejaculation. You can research them further by searching about it online. Good luck with whatever you try.
There are many methods of avoiding premature ejaculation.
1. penis desensitizing cream - sell them by the condoms at pharmacies
2. Think about something other than sex. Think about bills, what-s on TV, what you going to eat for lunch tomorrow, anything except that beautiful woman your having sex with. Do this until the urge for ejaculation subsides then continue on!
3. Stop! Pretty simple. Just stop for a few seconds and the urge should subside. Also, pulling down on the testicles helps the urge subside quicker.
4. (the best one) Practice. Practice makes perfect. While your masturbating, bring yourself to climax, but stop just prior to climaxing. This helps you learn about your body and what things might trigger a climax and how to avoid them when trying to last.
I used hypnosis and got good results as this was largely where my problem was.

the best way i have found to deal with it, is to pull out whenever i feel like i am getting close. this can be for a few seconds or a few minutes. perform oral sex on her or caress and kiss her body and breasts. when i cannot hold back any longer, pull out and ejaculate on her tummy. it is much easier to regain an erection when the vagina has not been cooled down with semen. this is the mistake that alot of men make. don-t *** inside her the first time. the second erection should last much longer, since the penis has been desenstized to some degree.
count the strokes and try to increase them
