It is affecting my entire life, I need to rid myself of this curse, its to the point where it is a very serious threat to my overall health.

I am 19 and i started off lasting 5-8 Min-s which according to what i found on the web is avg. but not good enough i found that-s breathing deep and slow with your nose helps so does relaxing your thiy and butt-ox try not to think about having sex focus on your breathing and if u need to stop of even pull out at (Pregasum) the point be fore u come and take a few seconds to calm your self kill this time in with kissing and some massaging and she love it plus your good to go again =P try it out o ya using those methods i increased my time to around 30 35 Min-s
What I try to do is control my breathing (the faster I-m breathing during the sex, the sooner I am going to finish).

Another trick I use is to change positions shortly before you-re about to ejaculate.

The old method (and was an inside joke with men a few generations ago) was to think of baseball stats (or something else that-s non-sexual).

All of this takes practice of course but it has worked for me.

Ok... I used to have this problem when I was younger and this is what I used to do:
1. masturbate within an hour before having actual sex
2. use genital desensitizers
3. wear a blod-flow restriction ring (can buy at novelty stores)

Ok, a penile ring is something that needs to be a perfect fit. Not too tight and not too loose either. Buy several and experiment. Dont wear it for more than 30 mins. And I wouldnt combine all three measures I listed at the same time! I did a couple of times and could never come at all, hehe

Helpful hints:

1) there are -numbing- gels on the market that some men find helpful

2) wearing an ultra thin condom will slightly decrease the sensitivity; delivering 90% of the joy for you, and possibly restricting just enough to let you go longer

3) BEST - learn to recognize the feelings that precede ejaculation and STOP at that point before resuming your thrusting. Think of ANYTHING that might distract you just enough to take your mind off how good your penis feels. Once you learn to recognize the onset of ejaculation, and stopping in time, you-re on your way to longer sessions.

4) if you masturbate, use this same -stop and go- technique, and try to lengthen the duration of your solo sessions. Make it your goal to approach the point of orgasm, back off, and approach again.
