The one thing that-s worked for my boyfriend is called -pelvic floor exersises- always known as keegles. You can do a search online (Keegle exersises) to understand what to do and/or how it helps in that department. Women can do them too. I don-t want to put an explanation on here... Too lenghthy plus it may not be appropriate!
