What is the problem create by continous semen ejaculation? -
Don-t mistake me....please help me....i writing my problem below..go through it and answer me...am was so disappointed about this problem...on girl loving me sincerely..so am not willing to cheat her...so please read this question care fully and answer ....am requesting...Question?
Am was 23 years old now...from 16 years old onwards am fingering...now there was some problem in erection of Gents organ...and my two balls are one is up and one is low...its erection during night time only...one day in my right side ball there was pain . . . . am consult with doctor he gave a tablet and i ate that...at morning itself was no pain..doctor says this is infection only no problem .....on next day night . .. . . sex dream came semen was ejaculated...that time under men-s organ of me there was some nerve give some movement..that time onwards ...erection problem came...am consult with doctor....he says this is no problem..due to infection the nerve was weak..it will cure automatically....but am was afraid of this problem..any doctor people or medical people give some idea about this problem...u say some answers to me i will very very thank full to those peoples..please kindly go through this question...and answer me please save me.....

there is nothing wrong in masturbation except that you must not overdo it - lose you concentration in studies, work, tiredness.
the semen gets produces once it is ejaculated so nothing to worry about infertility.
the testes are not always in the same position - sometime one testes will be smaller then the other.

First of all be confident. Your problem is nothing. It can be cured easily. There are more cases like heart diseases, kidney problems etc. worser than your problem.
Now, stop your so called fingering as a first step (it is called mastrubation). Regular mastrubation makes your reproductive system very weak and finally ends in infertility, meaning you will not be able to produce healthy children. So stop the habit of mastrubation.
Your position of two balls (called testicles) is nothing serious. Normal appearance of any man, is that the left testicle will be slightly longer than the right one. It is not at all a problem.
If your male organ gets erected in night only means, through out the day you think too much about sex. That continuous thinking, well settled in your inner mind, comes out only in night in the form of your organ erection, followed by some nightmares and semen discharge.
So, never think of sex till you are fully well. Before going to bed, take a cool bath and read good books before sleeping. Good Luck

Follow the geographical truths, I mean to say , You have to mastrubate daily 1 time so that the testicals do its duty(Produce the sperm cells), If you dont do this for few days then during the night mare dreams ot gets ejaculated and the sperm cells comes out and dies and some LIVE cells may carry the dead cells back into the testicals, so these may create the infection on it, as a result the swellling will occut where the testicals bag may go upto the cricketball size.
To avoid such infections do MASTRUBATE daily / alternate days so that there wont be any infection carried out inthe testicals and u have a fresh production of the Sperm cells too.
