I am a healthy 17 year old boy. I just had my first sexual experience with my girlfriend. She gave me a hand job, but I ejaculated before I was even hard, and it only took about 30 seconds. Is there any advice on lasting longer? Or why this happened?

What i always do is masturbate and ejaculate like 1-2 hours before having sexual experiences. Then it will take longer for you to *** on the second time.
