I seem to not last very long these days, I can some times only last a minute which clearly is not enough time to pleasure my women.
Is there any tips on how to stop this happening? any advice from anyone who had the same problem?

With a P.H.D. in Premature ejaculation, I often advise my patients to practice practice practice. The only way to get better at something is to work at it. Your practice can come in two forms: masturbating or having intercourse with a woman. Now the latter is more embarrassing if you ejaculate early so I would advise you masturbate more. And when your masturbating try to hold out as long as you can. With any luck you could triple your record time in a matter of a few weeks. Best of Luck!
Give her oral sex if she wants it, then after say 3 min-s put your member in . When you feel like Your going to come, withdraw and go back to oral sex. Do this until she has had a couple of orgasms then it-s your time to reach for the stars. She might even come again.
Well some people have disorders for it but if its only sometimes then drink 2 big glasses of water before sex..It happens because your dehydrated.
try alcohol or medication, or maybe a desensitizing cream...
