when I ejaculate it just dribbles down my penis. is it normal for it to do that or is it supposed to squirt out. I am 12 years old and masturbate like 2 times a day but only like 2 days a week. please help!

It-s fine for your semen to just dribble from your body, for you are young and your body is probably just beginning to produce the semen and it-s not that much. Your orgasms may not be that strong either, but it-s probably your age and part in puberty. As you mature, you-ll produce more semen and your semen will probably spurt out more. Don-t worry, it-s all a part of your body. Until you mature, try finding another method of masturbation that may be more pleasurable. Experiment safely with your body to see what happens. Also, at 12, you probably aren-t producing a lot of semen yet.
If the liquid is clear, then there is no sperm yet - when there is sperm in the fluid, it will be white.
