Another thing I would recammend is urinating before sex.
You can -train- or more so strengthen your muscles down there to hold in an ejaculation but practicing when your urinating. Simply try to stop the stream of urine a few times when you goto the toilet my using the muscles down there. Its kinda hard -cause there aint many muscles down there to help.
