I am talking about it going through spandex boxers, a lined bathing suit.
My BF says that it cant, and he says that being in a hot spa with chemicals, bubbles and no intercourse than there is no possiblilty of pregnancy but what do you think?

99.9% possitive that it CAN-T happen, because a someone i know got fingered after her bf masterbaited (w/e) and she didn-t get pregent. so i HIGHLY doubt that you would through all those clothes and chemicals. so don-t stress.
He-s probably right. Pre ejaculate can contain sperm, but it doesn-t always. If he has ejaculated recently there is a better chance that it will contain sperm, but in the situation you are describing, I think there is a very ow risk of pregnancy.
Yes. Some men just prec um alot during foreplay and if very attracted to a women in the same room. It may not seem possible to you but I can prec um so much that it will drop like a thick clear string from the head.
