Well it is down to muscular contraction and to a certain extent how long it is since you last ejaculated, and in theory if men practise an exercise similar to a pelvic floor exercise this can be improved. I can-t say I-ve noticed an increase in range but it certainly seems to give more control and stamina.
When you are urinating stop the flow. That is the muscle you need to exercise, simply clench it for about 5 seconds about 5 or six times twice a day when you are not passing urine.
Then when you are involved in sexual activity and feel about to ejaculate hold it off by doing the same, it seems the longer you can hold off ejaculating the greater volume of carrier fluid your body produces and the better the splash. Also it helps prevent incontinence
