I am 25yr old guy and i have premature ejaculation? -

whenever i have sex,i am always the one to finish first,i have tried dozen of products that is selling in the market, does anyone have the same problem as me? is there a permanent cure for this

Your problem is normal. The essence of the problem is that you become over stimulated during the act. As the other answerers have said you should masturbate prior to having intercourse. You can also wear a condom during intercourse, which is always a good idea if you have multiple partners. The condom will reduce the amount of stimulation which will allow you to hold on longer. If the idea of a condom seems to put you off try having your partner put it on for you. your partner will probably be willing to do this if you explain that it will turn you on and allow you to last longer and satisfy them.
You haven-t exactly explained how long you do actually last for. However, there are ways to learn to control this problem.

You need to strengthen your PC muscle (The PC muscle is involved in the ejaculation process, this means that for a man, the same PC muscle exercise can help gain control over his premature ejaculation).

There is also the stop - start technique which has been used very very successfully, here-s a brief explanation:

This technique simply means to bring yourself to (near) the point of no return, and stopping all stimulation before it-s too late. For some men, this includes removal of the penis from the vagina, although for others this may not be necessary.

After the urgent feeling to ejaculate subsides, usually after 30 seconds, then thrusting and intercourse can be resumed. This stop and start technique can be repeated several times.

Communication is the key here, though. Men need to let their partner know that they are getting close to orgasm and to slow down or temporarily stop.

Dear PE is always a complex problem than anyone can imagine. PE has a much deeper roots and should be addressed comprehensively than to treat it symptomatically. In my practice of 10years in sexual medicine I have found not even a single product which can control the PE permanently. So there is no surprise all your Self Help ways or products failed to give any results may it be lignocaine sprays or Kegals or Start Stop technique.
PE is always resistant and comes back if you do not tackle it in totality. PE has roots in psychology and in body chemistry.
Each patient has different precipitations of PE.
But surely PE can be treated permanently even if you had lot of failure experiences.
We have to look the patients present PE condition and study its severity to locate its root cause. There are few superspeciality medicines which gives very good results in severe PE cases. Such medicines must be combined with a training schedule so that patient can be completely free from PE forever and must not depend on any kind of product in future to have normal sex

Maybe the thing is not you being premature maybe its that you are not working enough with your partner in her needs, try a little more of foreplay, put her on the edge, and you try to concentrate more on your partner-s needs than yours, that helps on my marriage.
Good luck
Premature Ejaculation is considered to be the most common sexual problem, affecting 25-40% of men. I-m sorry but I don-t know that much about, here is a link I have found that could help you out. - http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic643.htm
Have you tried Multiple Male Orgasms? It involves having orgasms without ejaculating so that you can keep your erection and keep going...it-ll allow you to last as long as you want, once you master it....

best guide I-ve come across so far:
http://www.mistermanpower.net/Multiple_M…

oh thats not funny... I-m sorry, that must be embarrassing... this may sound weird but get off before you have sex, either through doing it yourself (masturbation) or the girl (oral) then wait a bit and have sex, it really does make it harder to get off! hope it helps!
Chill out and enjoy the experience. It-s not a race. If you-re focused on your partner enough, it will pay off, whether or not you come before her. All that matters is that somebody knows that you love her.
Well, I can give you some suggestions... Try masterbating before the actual sex. Try using some brain control.. think of something else ..while you are actually doing it. Over time you should start to go longer.. Good luck.
Jack Daniel-s is the cure, half a bottle of this and i couldn-t *** if i wanted to!! :D

Dont listen to the people who laugh! the prolloy got little man syndrome
As do the other 95% of men around that age range.

learn Tantric sex techniques
learn Zen sex techniques
learn Multiple Male Orgasm techniques.
Use a c?ckring
Maybe not a permanent cure, but try knocking one or two out before you go at it with your lady, it-ll keep you above five or ten minutes.
