How can i delay the ejaculation? -

How can i delay the ejaculation? -

i have suffered from premature ejaculation from the my first relationship till now
can i know what i should do to solve this problem naturally without any medications?
thanks

Slow down and play mind tricks. If you-re a sports fan, mentally recite statistics or something like that. You-ll be surprised, you can still enjoy sex will performing these mental tricks. Soon, you won-t even need them.

Unless, you-re simply a selfish lover and only care about your own gratification. Many men are like that. You don-t sound that way to me.

If that doesn-t work, see a sexual therapists ... they-ve seen it all and have helped many men with your problem.

Your problem is not physical. It is mental.
Take yoga, you-re probably really having anxiety issues and worry you-ll disappoint.

You also probably stressed out like crazy about impressing.

Here-s a tip, Masturbate before you have intercourse (without informing her) preferably an hour + before you have intercourse.
Try the start ad stop technique:start with the sex and as soon you feel that you come retract and continue with foreplay:once cooled down:continue with the sex:you can last way longer this way
Planets
There really aren-t any FDA approved medications. Try masturbating before sex, or even a few times depending on how fast your clock is.
Just masturbate a few hours before you plan to have sex...worked every time for me....here-s a premature joke for ya...What do you mean premature, I-ve been thinking about this all week...lol
Kegal exercises can help....read the Wiki article or research online.

My boyfriend cant feel his ejaculation? -

He can-t feel his ejaculation in some positions but he has had sex before and hasn-t had that problem. One time it was with him on top of me when I was laying down and another time was him kind of laying back with me on top...and he came without feeling it...yesterday was the 3rd time this happened but he did feel it when we did it -doggystyle-...He is going to see a doctor but has any other man experienced this? or does anyone know what the problem could be?
Hello Hello ! This is interesting. I think the closest I-ve come to experiencing this is having an orgasm, but not really feeling myself ejaculate which doesn-t really bother me as I know I am ejaculating, and afterall the orgasm is the main thing. Is he actually ejaculating without feeling an orgasm? That would be strange and probably should check that with the doctor. Considering that he does feel himself ejaculate during sex in some positions and not in others, it could be be something to do with how much pressure is on his penis (at least the base of it) when he ejaculates.
idk.
you should see a doctor..

i-ve noticed i last longer after ive had a joint... dont know if this will help or not.
Get a few variously-sized key rings and use them to encircle and gird your manhood area. Rubber bands can
also work.

Speaking of rubber, wearing about three or four condoms at once will dull sensitivity enough to slow you down.

Or, after your p.e., just start orally servicing your partner until you are erect again, It will take longer to squirt the second time around.
Stop masturbating....

14 and not yet had a ejaculation or wet dream..? -

Hey Im 14 going on 15 in may .. Never had a wet dream . I masturbate often but no ejaculations. Im 164cm tall, Penis is 4 inch erect, not much pubic hair. How do I know if I have started puberty yet. No voice change. All my classmates are taller than me and I am scared theres something wrong with me. Also I am unable to pull back my foreskin. Its stuck to the head but a bit of skin at one side.. Thanks in advance for any replies :)
You are just a bit of a late bloomer :all the things the other guys had will happen to you to soon enough.
Your puberty wil take longer because of it.
And you will get a growth spurt soon enough then you and your dick get bigger. No worries
Try not to retract the foreskin with force:just masturbate with baby oil and you will see more of the glans in due time
You will be fine
Colors
you-re young, not all boys have wet dreams

you-ve more than likely started puberty if you have pubes

your foreskin will loosen if you pull it back more and more gradually everyday, be gentle

What is pre - ejaculation i just want to know because........? -

What is pre - ejaculation i just want to know because........? -

i always ejaculate but never pre - ejaculate so i wouldn-t know what is so just tell me

It-s any and all of the clear stuff that comes out of your penis before you ejaculate. And there-s over a billion sperm in each drop of pre - ***. So if you ever have/ had un - protected sex with a girl (which is not a smart thing to do) even if you don-t fully ejaculate in her (you pull out) you-ve already deposited billions of sperm into her from the pre - ***, and unlike the actuall ejaculation the pre - *** you don-t feel or know it-s coming out. No there aren-t any dangers from masturbating it is natural and healthy and even us women do it too, just alot of us don-t like to admit it. Some bad things that you could do because of or through masterbating are.... I learned in High School Health class that if a guy is masterbating and he is about to ejaculate and gets inturupted, or just doesn-t want to make a mess the worst thing you can do is covewr your hole as your ejaculating it does some type of damage to your insides, and the only other bad thing that could/ can come from masterbating is if you have sick or twisted fantasies, such as violence against the person in whom your fantasizing about, or if violence gets you turned on at all or helps you to ejaculate that-s not good. Hey as long as you don-t cover the hole and your masterbating fantasies involve no violence or children your fine it;s normal and healthy.

You won-t go blind.
You won-t grow hair on your hands.
It won-t break or fall off.
You wont go to hell.

It-s so perfectly normal that I-d say you were weird or that there is something wqrong with you if you didn-t masterbate.

Hope I helped : ^ )
There is normally some clear fluid that will leak out of a man-s penis when he is sexually excited, but not yet at the point of orgasm. This fluid is colloquially called -prec.um- and it seems that people are calling the process -pre-ejaculation-, although it has nothing to do with ejaculation. It-s just a normal, slippery fluid that the male adds to the process. Some guys produce more than others, depending on their individual make up and how aroused they are. If you spend a short time in the arousal phase and quickly proceed to climax, you might not be allowing enough time for enough of this fluid to build up and seep out. Try going more slowly, paying attention to the feelings in your body and genitals before orgasm. See if you can make the sensations during arousal more intense with different kinds of touches and manipulations. You may see some of this clear fluid during these situations, but it might be easy to miss, especially if you-re already supplying some other lubricant. Also, if you give yourself an erection and play with it for a while, but don-t climax, you may notice some of this fluid leaking out when it gets soft and shortens again.

Oh, and to your other question - there is nothing dangerous about masturbation. It-s good exercise, it teaches you about how your body works in sex, it lets you practice and try out things before you do them with other people. It keeps your sexual response supple and exercised. You-ll never catch an STD or make someone pregnant by masturbating.
Pre-*** is pre-ejaculate (also known as pre-ejaculatory fluid or Cowper-s fluid) is the clear lubricating fluid that is issued from a man-s penis when he is aroused.
Precum is pre-ejaculatory semen. It is the fluid that ejaculates from a man before the -Big Bang- Although it is a small amount, you should always use protection because you can still get pregnant and contract STD-s from it.
It-s not pre-ejaculation. It-s pre-ejaculate, a noun, not a verb.

Pre-ejaculate, or pre-c u m, is that clear liquid that oozes out off your penis when you are sexually excited for a little while. It-s a lubricant that is preparing your penis to shoot it-s load. All you gotta do is just THINK about sex and it starts and depending upon how long you remain in this frame of mind it can soak through your underweart and leave a nice wet spot on your jeans. Looks like you dribbled after you took a pee.

It does not, as one person said, contain billions of sperm; however, it might have enough sperm to get a girl pregnant, since it only takes one.
When you c u m then that load contains, on average, about 5 million sperm.

No dangers in masturbation. Do it all you want.
The fluid is emitted during arousal, masturbation, foreplay or at an early stage during sex, some time before the man fully reaches orgasm and semen is ejaculated. It is primarily produced by the bulbourethral glands (Cowper-s glands), with the glands of Littre (the mucus-secreting urethral glands) also contributing
The amount of fluid that the human male issues varies widely among individuals. Some men do not produce any pre-ejaculate fluid, while others emit as much as 5 mL.

Pre-ejaculate contains some chemicals associated with semen, such as acid phosphatase. Some semen markers, such as gamma-glutamyltransferase, are completely absent from pre-ejaculate fluid

1. There are no dangers whatsoever from masturbating (I suppose you could zip your thing in your pants actually -- but I don-t count stuff like that). It-s not only completely safe, it reduces your risk of prostate cancer by over a third if you do it once a day or more and it keeps your prostate generally healthy -- greatly reducing the risk of Prostatis ( a VERY painful infection ) and reducing the percentage of your sperm that will be deformed at any point in time.

Another words -- the side effects are all positive, there are no negative ones, small or otherwise.

2. As to pre-c*mming. It-s just clear lubricant liquid that starts running out of your penis slit for a while before you shoot. Some people have HUGE amounts, some have none.

Kind thoughts,

Hermes
Pre-ejaculation is when there is there is a substance that is there to lubricate the genitals to make it easier to do whatever you plan to do with it.

pre - ejaculation is thing that happens when you get too exited and a little sperm leaks out.
It makes you look very immature, in front of a girl.
Hope this helps.
its that little bit of semen that comes out of your hole before the big one. It-s biological purpose is to assist in lubrication during actual intercourse.
it kinda ooozes out while your jacking/doin it.
its your bodies natural lubrication for sex. =D

Yes, but it is probably not PE and just inexperience. You can work on making it take longer. If you are reaching orgasm in 1 minute, try to last 1:10, and then 1:20 and so on. Practice makes perfect.

I agree it probably is lack of experiance, however, there are many sources online you can look at:

Seems to be very popular....
there is lot of medicines, but it causes side effects later
There-s a cream in a small tube called, -Play Long-...you can get it at WalMart
Friend, you can use all the methods stated above. But you need to exercise your PC muscle as well. Pc muscle is the one which starts from your testicles and joins your rectum. its called Kegal Exercise. YOu can find it over the net. Meanwhile if you can do alternate exercise here is it, from now whenever you go for urine, release your flow a little then release for four seconds then release and hold for four seconds, repeat it until you finish

do it every time you go for urine till 4 weeks, you will find a great control on your orgasm after that and eventually you can hold you r orgasm till 30 mins too after 6 months of regular excercise

try this and let me know
There are numbing creams you can smear all over your dork. It will help with the physical problem but if you just blow off when you see a puss or something, you may need a professional.
some antidepression medicine are used for this
BwaaaHaaaHaHA.
I dont know why people worry so much about premature ejaculation. Premature for who? I always find its bang on time!
Last-Longer is the only product that allows -YOU- to control when you ejaculate. Since 1997, Last-Longer has been ranked #1 for a very good reason ... -It Works-! If you normally ejaculate within a few minutes of penetration, then you must order Last-Longer. You-ll last 5 to 10 minutes longer, the very first night.....
A normal ejaculation occurs when sexual excitement triggers glands, located inside your body, to begin a slow release of chemicals (hormones) into your blood stream. The slow release of these hormones tells your brain to gently stimulate the nerves at the glans (head of your penis). As you become more and more sexually excited, your body produces more and more of these hormones. The sensitivity becomes greater and greater until you reach the point at which time you ejaculate. Under normal circumstances the production of hormone is gradual and a man has the ability to control the sensations of sex.

Premature Ejaculation occurs when your body produces too much hormone too fast. Your body becomes -over stimulated-. The head of the penis becomes so sensitive that you ejaculate almost immediately. There is absolutely no control.

This Extreme Sensitivity on the head of your penis causes the ejaculatory mechanism, inside your body, to go into -spasms-. It-s these spasms that cause the overpowering Urge to Ejaculate. The head of your penis becomes so sensitive and the urge is so strong that you ejaculate immediately.
If you slow down the production of excess hormone - you slow down the ejaculation.

In fact, there-s NO product, exercise, or technique that can stop severe premature ejaculation when used alone. NONE! Severe premature ejaculation is an extremely complex condition the causes of premature ejaculation are both physical and psychological. To cure premature ejaculation requires a combination of products that simultaneously attack and eliminate each cause. Only Last-Longer has a combination of products strong enough to eliminate ALL aspects of both the physical and psychological causes of premature ejaculation.
Quite often, when a man gains good ejaculatory control, he suddenly becomes much more interested in sex. And even if he doesn-t, it might be nicer for both of you if he lasted longer.

About a mans ejaculation,,,? -

is it possible that you have the feeling/sensation that you-re ejaculating but nothings coming out because you-re trying your best to not to release it?
If you feel the sensation of ejaculation, then you -will- ejaculate some anyway, you -will not- be able to stop it if you continue to masturbate and just keep trying to hold it back ...

That is not, how it works!
You can have that feeling but something usually leaks out anyway.

Premature ejaculation can be controlled with The Masters - Johnson method:

The best way to combat premature ejaculation is by learning to control the sensations prior to orgasm. This method takes time and practice, but it is very effective.

First you need to bring yourself close to orgasm (this can be
done via masturbation, without the involvement of your partner) and then stop and relax before recommencing. Each time you need to bring yourself closer to orgasm until finally you cannot control it. If you do this often enough, you will learn where your point of climax is. This is helpful when interacting with your partner.

You will need to practice reaching your climax point with your
partner by engaging in non-penetrative sex so that when you feel it is near, you signal them to stop and you allow your erection to subside. This also needs to be repeated so that you and your partner are familiar with the procedure.

Once you feel you are ready for intercourse, it is best to start
by lying on your back so that you can guide your partnerduring penetration. When you are near orgasm, give your partner a signal to stop and you should relax and start again. Once you get the hang of it (it may take several weeks or months), premature ejaculation shouldn’t be too
much of a problem.

A variant of this method involves the partner squeezing the tip of the penis just before orgasm (-squeeze technique-). This pushes blood out of the penis and reduces the erection.

right when youre about to go, you should let your body relax. lie back and you might just want to kiss your significant other without really doing anything. hold the head of your penis and sort of put some pressure on it so it calms down. then you should be able to get back to it
yeah pinch your penis head before you think you will, eh ***...
You may just need to train your body to last longer this has worked very well for my BF and I as he could only last a few min. and now has much better control. Try bringing yourself right to the edge and then stopping and doing something else until you have calmed just a bit then resume to the same point and stop again etc. This is a great time to give your girl a little manual stimulation to keep her busy while you wait and I promise she will like it more than you finishing early.
Hi,

Yes The following techniques may be beneficial in delaying ejaculation:

The -stop and start- method – in this method, the man learns to recognise the stage after which he cannot control ejaculation. The treatment method trains the person to remove the stimulus just before that stage is reached so that the urge to ejaculate is controlled. For example, when during masturbation, the man reaches a point just before ejaculating, he stops the stimulus until he starts losing the erection. Once the stage is past, he can resume the activity. This process is repeated again and again until the individual is able to delay ejaculation till the time he wishes. This method called the -Masters and Johnson method-, is most effective when the help of the partner is sought during actual intercourse.

The squeeze technique – in this method, the partner gently squeezes the tip or base of the penis just before the point of ejaculation thereby -cancelling- the orgasm. This process can be continued until the couple decides mutually to reach the climax.

Desensitising creams and gels are available in the market that reduce the sensitivity of the penis and help men reach climax later. Some men also feel that condoms reduce the sensations and, in addition to providing safer sex, help them last longer.

You can also experiment with sexual positions as some positions offer more control than others and may help to delay ejaculation.

Question About Ejaculation...? -

Question About Ejaculation...? -

I-m 14 years old, and when I masturbate, when i-m reaching orgasm and i-m about to ejaculate, i feel a soft burning feeling in the top of my penis. I get scarred about it and y suddenly stop masturbating and lose orgasm. Is that feeling normal? it-s not a painful feeling, I just want to know if it-s normal. Thanks
Its normal. Humans have two kinds of touch receptors - pleasure and pain. While you are masturbating you feel the pleasure receptors in your penis. But believe it or not, when you ejaculate, your pain receptors in your penis are actually active - that helps trigger the prostate gland to release semen. Feeling a burning or tingling sensation is normal. Its only abnormal if you feel a lot of pain.
Next time you are masturbating let your orgasm happen and you-ll understand more about the strange feelings you-ll experience.
it-s cause u stop suddenly before the orgasm let it happen
thats a normal feeling just before you ejaculate
feels kinda like you need to pee or a tingle

just keep masturbating and you will ejaculate

and that does feel cool
yuo are normal

have fun, i did when i was 14

yes its fine but when u have a condom just dont let it break because it has a higher breaking rate after 1 orgasm
Yes, and continue to you pass out!!!!!!
sure we all do this
most men do at least five times
of course it is, why shouldnt it be. Good luck
Yes, go for it till your hard is content!!!
yes, but its gonna tickle like he**!
Do you mean with or without a condom? Always change the condom after ejaculation before starting round two, as it will leak out around the base and negate the reason for wearing one!
why not?
There is no problem. It is even healthy, because the more you use your sperm, the better testosterone boost you will get, and the more sperm you-ll have.
Yes
If you can, go for it!
yep it-s fine as long as yoru penis is williing. though a change of condom might be advised.
i would advise changing you condom but as ong as you can keep an erection you can keep going.
Yeah! You can even continue for the third, fourth, fifth or until kingdom come!
yeah absolutely
IF YOU CAN DO IT WHY EVER NOT

Okay, what are some ways I can train myself to last longer in bed, like during my own time? Also, does masturbating a lot help you last longer or does it make you *** faster
I would highly recommend talking to a professional master baiter. Probably a prostitute with a firm grip who is really into fishing.
Well it-s a temporary fix for what you really want. Which usually means you might -go- faster than you would like. But once you start having intercourse more and more you-ll find ways to make you last longer, make your girl feel good, and to make it feel good for you as well.

But don-t feel like masturbating is a bad thing, lasting longer in bed is by doing. Just make sure you are both ready first, and you won-t have regrets... Trust me I know that one.
When you feel your getting close to ejaculation then pinch the tip of your penis for a bit and it should go done. Also, you can think of something else like sports to get your mind off ejaculating. Also, slow the rate down to make it last longer. Practice makes perfect, you should enjoy this. LOL
Sounds like you actually haven-t had sex yet. Wait until you get there. But if you really needa know, just trying masturbating as fast as you can for as long as you can.
kegel exercise could make u last longer

Whats the best way to cure premature ejaculation? -

Whats the best way to cure premature ejaculation? -

99 times out of a 100, its a physchological problem. Doctors too often assume its physical and will give you some pills. Don-t take that crap! Its probably just anxiety, slow down and relax. Practice on yourself (masturbation) before you have intercourse.

Exercise To Cure Premature Ejaculation

The Start Stop Technique : The basic technique is stimulation of the penis until just before the point of orgasm, and then stopping stimulation until arousal is lower. Start stimulating again and the process is repeated until desired length of time until orgasm is reached, You may lose your erection when you stop the stimulation, but just start again. The most Important part of this exercise is to try everyday if possible. This exercise may take 3-5 months for improvement.

Pelvic floor muscles : Stop the flow of urine while you are peeing. As you are peeing, intentionally stop the flow of urine. Do this several times until you can clearly feel the muscle you are using to stop the flow.

The key to curing premature ejaculation is gaining control over your ejaculatory reflex. Most likely do you excessive masterbation you have trained yourself to ejaculate as quickly as possible. The information found on the site below taught me how to control my ejaculatory reflex. Maybe it can help you too.
http://curepremature-ejaculation.net
Theres a simple answer to this - self hypnosis.
It-s all in the mind and reprogramming the sub-concious mind will cure it.

Go to http://www.steve-jones-hypnosis.com and click -Premature Ejaculation- on the right - 100% guaranteed to work or money back.
Practice, practice, practice! I think it-s physical as well as mental.

You can try slowing down, to have less stimulation of your penis. Try masturbating, but don-t let yourself come for 20 minutes. If you feel like you-re going to come, just stop touching yourself, and then start rubbing again when the orgasm feeling has gone.

You can also try thinking of non-sexual things, things that make you bored or angry. Think about a boring day at work, or a person that you don-t like.

But most of all, practice! The more you do it, (and avoid coming so fast) the better you will be.
The exercises in this guide have allowed me to overcome my premature ejaculation...only thing that has worked for me so far:

What is premature ejaculation? -

What is premature ejaculation? -

GOOGLE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

Premature ejaculation (initialized as PE; also known as rapid ejaculation, rapid climax, premature climax, or early ejaculation) affects 25%-40% of men in the U.S. Masters and Johnson stated that a man suffers from premature ejaculation if he ejaculates before his sex partner achieves orgasm in more than fifty percent of their sexual encounters. Other sex researchers have defined premature ejaculation as occurring if the man ejaculates within two minutes of penetration; however, a survey by Alfred Kinsey in the 1950s demonstrated that three quarters of men ejaculate within two minutes of penetration in over half of their sexual encounters.[citation needed]. Self reported surveys report up to 75% of men ejaculate within 10 minutes of penetration [1] Today, most sex therapists understand premature ejaculation as occurring when a lack of ejaculatory control interferes with sexual or emotional well-being in one or both partners.[citation needed]

The term -premature ejaculation- is not well defined in medical circles and is sometimes considered to be more of a marketing tool than a medical condition. By widely advertising PE/ED as a problem, an industry has been created to solve what in the past might not have been a great concern. The psychological effects of PE and ED have also been considered similar to the effects on young women of the thin model paradigm.[citation needed]

Most men experience premature ejaculation at least once in their lives. Because there is great variability in both how long it takes men to ejaculate and how long both partners want sex to last, researchers have begun to form a quantitative definition of premature ejaculation. Current evidence supports an average intravaginal ejaculation latency time of six and a half minutes in 18-30 year olds.[1][2] If the disorder is defined as an IELT percentile below 2.5, then premature ejaculation could be suggested by an IELT of less than about one and a half minutes.[3] Nevertheless, it is well accepted that men with IELTs below 1.5 minutes could be -happy- with their performance and do not report a lack of control and therefore do not suffer from PE. On the other hand, a man with 2 minutes IELT may have the perception of poor control over his ejaculation, distressed about his condition, has interpersonal difficulties and therefore be diagnosed with PE.
Premature ejaculation is ejaculation that occurs too early, usually before, or shortly after penetration. This condition, also called rapid ejaculation, is the most common sexual dysfunction. -PREMATURE EJACULATION- makes Couple unhappy and frustrated And in severe cases Premature Ejaculation can threaten or even ruin a marriage, because it spoils the sex lives of both partners.

1)But i dont masturbate often
2)kindly answer seriously (after from see doctor answers)

It-s a body function and not a semen factory in there!

Dont worry about the quantity as even a drop contains millions of sperms and is good enough for u
boond boond se ghada bharta hai and vice-a-varsa.
maybe due to malfunction of one or more parts of your genitalia, due to malnutrition lack of nutrtion or incapability of your genitalia to produce semen... well based from our biology class...
This is natural over the course of one-s life. Now you know another reason why more young men father children tha older ones.
Aging decreases the amount of the seminal emission.Even with a decrease in the number of sperms, an ejaculation can still contain hundreds of thousands to millions of sperms. Only one is necessary to fertilize a woman-s egg.
You are measuring the amount? Have more nutritious foods as it could be a case of undernourished body getting too little nourishment-s for the little guys!
It could be your diet, or that you don-t drink enough water. Also, do you think you don-t materbate often, you may be masterbating enough to lower your ejaculation. On a less likley but more serious note, it could be an early sign of prostrate cancer. No way of knowing about it without a doctor, but if you are still a young man, it is not likely a problem with your postrate.

Try drinking more water.
Yes. Ejaculation is the release of sperms stored in the prostrate glands (if I didn-g forget my biology). Once you did it, it takes time to stock sperms again. Sperms are produced in the 2 testicles, and transferred to the prostrate glands.
Seriously, How do you know? Are you measuring somehow?
In the natural process of ageing, yes, semen count is decreasing, however, only few men are affected by this; due to the reason that in one ejaculation, millions of sperm cells are released. Fertility does become a problem when a young man only produces hundreds of thousands of sperm cells. On consecutive masturbation, there is no effect.
believe it or not the amount of -sperm- you donate during a -spunk- session depends on how hydrated or dehydrated you are. i have also heard food can have an effect on color, taste, and consistency. So drink up and give it a test run. you-ll be surprised at the results.
how did u know i thought those things go in
Hydration is an issue in this. Also the amount of orgasims you reach each week is an issue. Perhaps you-re not giving you body enough time to rejuvinate your sperm.

Very less ejaculation time plz help? -

I m 24 not marreid never had a sex with a girl but i maturbate to it take a time less than a minute i m very worried what will i do if i m married plz help any natural exerciese or food or any thing i would u be thank ful to all of u?

That is not a concern.

You will discover that sex and masturbation are done differently and that you could last a lot longer than you realize
is very different from handjob and partner. be relax and you will doing fine
dont be tensed.... maybe u try it too hard... do 1 thing,u masturbate with two fingers and not with our whole palm.. this will reduce stress, again, when u feel u r going to lose it,stop..this is the STOP-START method.. u need to know exactly when ull lose ur sperm..check for 30 secs and again start..continue checking it for 4-5 times and then release. and with your wife, ull be fine..AND REMEMBER... IT TAKES A MINUTE ONLY FOR A NORMAL MAN TO RELEASE AFTER MASTURBATING OR SEX STARTS,IF DONT AT STRETCH... THE 10-15 MINS JOB SHOWN IN THE VIDEOS ARE ALL -CUT AND PASTE- IN A RECORDED LONG VIDEO... AGAIN AND AGAIN.
GOOD LUCK ... ULL DO FINE
never do it again. that isnt a joke seriously. i know it might be hard , but you have to or it will just get worse and worse. every time you think about it just stop and do something else, try to stop for a long time then after about a couple of weeks itll get easy and you wont even think about doing it any more. the hardest part is stopping, but its not hard if you focus. and for the eating thing. just eat fish to make you get it back and some good healthy foods, and exercise a lot would help as well. the only way for you to help yourself is to eat good food, and maybe ask your doctor on this as well, and completely stop doing this act no matter how much you want to. i hope i helped. thanks to you.

Premature ejaculation
Introduction
Many men occasionally ejaculate sooner than they or their partner would like during sexual intercourse. As long as it happens infrequently, it-s probably not cause for concern. However, if you regularly ejaculate sooner than you and your partner wish — usually, before intercourse begins or shortly afterward — you may have a condition known as premature ejaculation.
Premature ejaculation is the most common male sexual dysfunction. In the United States, premature ejaculation affects about one in five men ages 18 to 59. Although the problem is often assumed to be psychological, biology also may play a role.
In some cases, premature ejaculation is a secondary problem related to erectile dysfunction. Men who are anxious about obtaining or maintaining their erection during sexual intercourse may form a pattern of rushing to ejaculate.
Numerous treatments, often used in combination, are available to improve premature ejaculation.
Signs and symptoms
There-s no medical standard for how long it should take a man to ejaculate. The primary sign of premature ejaculation is ejaculation that occurs before both partners wish in the majority of sexual encounters, causing distress for one or both partners. The problem can occur in all sexual situations, including masturbation, or may only occur during sexual encounters with another person.
Doctors often classify premature ejaculation as either primary or secondary:
·Primary premature ejaculation. You have primary premature ejaculation if you-ve experienced the problem for as long as you-ve been sexually active.
·Secondary premature ejaculation. You have secondary premature ejaculation if you developed the condition after having had previous, satisfying sexual relationships without ejaculatory problems.
Causes
Premature ejaculation is considered a psychological problem in some cases. Some doctors believe that early sexual experiences, especially those in which you may have hurried to reach climax in order to avoid being discovered, may establish a lifelong pattern. If you grew up in a family that considered sex dirty or sinful, you may also have developed guilty feelings that increase your tendency to rush through sexual encounters.
However, biological factors also may cause premature ejaculation. Some studies comparing men who experience premature ejaculation with those who don-t have found differences between the two groups in certain hormone levels and in the sensitivity of their genitalia.
Risk factors
Various factors can increase your risk of premature ejaculation, including:
·Impotence. You may be at increased risk of premature ejaculation if you occasionally or consistently experience impotence. Fear of losing your erection may cause you to rush through sexual encounters.
·Health problems. If you have a medical concern that causes you to feel anxious during sex, such as a heart problem, you may have an increased likelihood of hurrying to ejaculate.
·Stress. Emotional or mental strain in any area of your life can play a role in premature ejaculation, often limiting your ability to relax and focus during sexual encounters.
·Certain medications. Rarely, drugs that influence the action of chemical messengers in the brain (psychotropics) may cause premature ejaculation.
When to seek medical advice
Talk with your doctor if you ejaculate sooner than you and your partner wish during most sexual encounters. The problem is common, and although you may feel you should be able to fix it on your own, you may need medical treatment to achieve and sustain a satisfying sex life.
Screening and diagnosis
Doctors diagnose premature ejaculation based on a detailed interview about your sexual history. Your doctor may ask a number of very personal questions and may want to include your partner in the interview. While it may be uncomfortable for both of you to talk frankly about sexual matters, the details you provide will help your doctor determine the cause of your problem and the best course of treatment. A mental health professional may help make the diagnosis.
Be prepared to answer questions about:
·Your religious upbringing
·Your early sexual experiences
·Your sexual relationships, past and present
·The circumstances in your life and in your sexual relationship at the time you began experiencing premature ejaculation
·Any conflicts or concerns within your current relationship
Your doctor will also want to know about your health history, including your use of prescription or recreational drugs, and may perform a general physical exam.
If you-re experiencing premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, your doctor may order blood tests to check your male hormone levels.
Complications
While premature ejaculation doesn-t increase your risk of serious health problems, it can cause distress in your personal life, including:
·Relationship strains. The most common complication of premature ejaculation is conflict between you and your partner. If premature ejaculation is straining your relationship, ask your doctor about including couple-s therapy in your treatment program.
·Fertility problems. Premature ejaculation can occasionally make fertilization difficult or impossible for couples who are trying to become pregnant. If premature ejaculation isn-t effectively treated, you and your partner may need to consider infertility treatment.
Treatment
Treatment options for premature ejaculation include sexual therapy, medications and psychotherapy. Two or more of these treatment approaches often are used in combination.
Sexual therapy
In some cases, sexual therapy may involve simple steps such as masturbating an hour or two before intercourse so that you-re able to delay ejaculation during sex. Your doctor also may recommend avoiding intercourse for a period of time and focusing on other types of sexual play so that pressure is removed from your sexual encounters.
Your doctor may instruct you and your partner in the use of a method called the squeeze technique. This method works as follows:
·Step 1. Begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate.
·Step 2. Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes.
·Step 3. After the squeeze is released, wait for about half a minute, then go back to foreplay. You may notice that squeezing the penis causes it to become less erect, but when sexual stimulation is resumed, it soon regains full erection.
·Step 4. If you again feel you-re about to ejaculate, have your partner repeat the squeeze process.
By repeating this as many times as necessary, you can reach the point of entering your partner without ejaculating. After a few practice sessions, the feeling of knowing how to delay ejaculation may become a habit that no longer requires the squeeze technique.
Medications
Certain antidepressants, including the group called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), cause a side effect of delayed sexual climax in many people. Although these drugs aren-t approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of premature ejaculation, studies have shown them to be safe and effective for this condition, and many doctors prescribe them for this purpose.
Your doctor may prescribe one of several selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), including sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil, Paxil CR) or fluoxetine (Prozac, Prozac Weekly, Serafem), to help you delay ejaculation. If the timing of your ejaculation doesn-t improve, your doctor may prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (Anafranil), which also has been shown to benefit men with this disorder.
You may not need to take these medications on a daily basis to prevent premature ejaculation. Taking a low dose several hours before you plan to have sexual intercourse may be sufficient to improve your symptoms. If you are very sexually active or don-t respond to as-needed dosing, your doctor may recommend taking your prescribed medication daily. Talk with your doctor to determine the best medication schedule for your needs.
Topical anesthetic creams containing lidocaine and prilocaine also may help improve premature ejaculation by reducing sensation in your penis. Before use, make certain you have no history of a reaction to lidocaine or prilocaine. You can apply an anesthetic cream a short time before intercourse and wipe it off when your penis has lost enough sensation to help you delay ejaculation. Be sure to thoroughly remove the cream before intercourse so that your partner doesn-t experience genital numbness.
Psychotherapy
In many cases, sexual therapy or medications can resolve premature ejaculation. However, if personal issues — such as conflict between you and your partner or mental health problems — appear to play a significant role in causing premature ejaculation, your doctor may recommend psychotherapy.
This approach, also known as counseling or talk therapy, involves talking about your relationships and experiences with a mental health professional. These talk sessions can help you find effective ways of coping with and solving problems. For many couples affected by premature ejaculation, talking with a therapist together may produce the best results.
Prevention
In some cases, premature ejaculation may be caused by poor communication between partners or a poor understanding of the differences between male and female sexual functioning. Women typically require more prolonged stimulation than men do to reach orgasm, and this difference can cause sexual resentment between partners and add pressure to sexual encounters. For many men, feeling pressure during sexual intercourse increases the risk of premature ejaculation.
Open communication between sexual partners, as well as a willingness to try a variety of approaches to help both partners achieve satisfaction, can help reduce conflict and performance anxiety. If you-re not satisfied with your sexual relationship, talk with your partner about your concerns. Try to approach the topic in a loving way and to avoid blaming your partner for your dissatisfaction.
If you-re not able to resolve sexual problems on your own, talk with your doctor. He or she may recommend seeing a therapist who can help you and your partner achieve a fulfilling sexual relationship.
Coping skills
Many men who experience premature ejaculation feel frustrated and even ashamed. It may help you to know that this problem is common and often very treatable. Talk to your doctor if it-s causing distress for you or your partner.
While you explore treatment options, consider taking the pressure off the sexual side of your relationship. Some doctors recommend avoiding intercourse entirely for a short time and sharing other forms of physical pleasure and affection instead. Connecting in this way can help you re-establish a satisfying physical bond with your partner and lay the foundation for a fulfilling sexual relationship.

I did not get satisfaction during inter -course due to early ejaculation. Prescribe medicine pls.? -

Actually when ever i go to intercourse with my wife i become so excited. But within a few minutes early ejaculation happens. As a result i don-t get any satisfaction as well as my don;t get any satisfaction and she becomes furious. We usually want to do the above 2/3 times a week. My age is only 42years.

~Satisfy her FIRST, until she orgasms. Buy a dildo. Yank it before any sexual contact with your wife. Try these things before thinking about medications.~

**BigTomz, being intimate doesn-t kill excitement, it adds to it! Perhaps you should list some questions?
Early ejaculation can happen to any age groups, it-s not abnormal for you to be affected by early ejaculation. If you want to get rid of this problem you can try some early ejaculation treatments like Climinax. There-s a website that provides specific information about this. Read through it may help you alot.
You can try Viagra. But you should ask your doctor to perscribe you medicine. Every man is different with different severities of sexual disfucntion so after talking to your doctor you - him can decide the proper perscription for you.
why dont you try being intimate more often to maybe kill some of your excitment.
Ejaclatory control is possible, but it may take some work.
Some doctors believe that early sexual experiences may establish a pattern that can be difficult to change later in life such as:

Situations in which you may have hurried to reach climax in order to avoid being discovered
Guilty feelings that increase your tendency to rush through sexual encounters
Other factors that can play a role in causing premature ejaculation include:

Erectile dysfunction. Men who are anxious about obtaining or maintaining their erection during sexual intercourse may form a pattern of rushing to ejaculate which can be difficult to change.
Anxiety. Many men with premature ejaculation also have problems with anxiety — either specifically about sexual performance, or caused by other issues.
Biological causes
Experts believe a number of biological factors may contribute to premature ejaculation, including:

Abnormal hormone levels
Abnormal levels of brain chemicals called neurotransmitters
Abnormal reflex activity of the ejaculatory system
Certain thyroid problems
Inflammation and infection of the prostate or urethra
Inherited traits
Rarely, premature ejaculation is caused by:

Nervous system damage resulting from surgery or trauma
Withdrawal from narcotics or a drug called trifluoperazine (Stelazine), used to treat anxiety and other mental health problems
Talk with your doctor if you ejaculate sooner than you and your partner wish during most sexual encounters.
Sexual therapy
In some cases, sexual therapy may involve simple steps such as masturbating an hour or two before intercourse so that you-re able to delay ejaculation during sex. Your doctor may also recommend avoiding intercourse for a period of time and focusing on other types of sexual play so that pressure is removed from your sexual encounters.

Medications
Certain antidepressants and topical anesthetic creams are used to treat premature ejaculation. Although none of these drugs are specifically approved by the Food and Drug Administration to treat premature ejaculation, some treatment guidelines recommend their use for this purpose. You may need to try different medications or doses before you and your doctor find a treatment that works for you.

Antidepressants
A side effect of certain antidepressants is delayed orgasm. Doctors suggest men who have premature ejaculation can take antidepressants to benefit from this specific side effect.

Your doctor may prescribe one of several selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil) or fluoxetine (Prozac) to help delay ejaculation.
If the timing of your ejaculation doesn-t improve, your doctor may prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (Anafranil), which also has been shown to benefit men with this disorder.
You may not need to take these medications every day to prevent premature ejaculation. Taking a low dose several hours before you plan to have sexual intercourse may be enough to improve your symptoms.
Other side effects of these antidepressants can include nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness and decreased libido.

Topical anesthetic creams
Topical anesthetic creams containing lidocaine or prilocaine dull the sensation on the penis to help delay ejaculation. Applied a short time before intercourse, these creams are wiped off when your penis has lost enough sensation to help you delay ejaculation.

Some men using topical anesthetic creams report reduced sexual pleasure because of lessened sensitivity. Although the cream is wiped off before intercourse, in some studies female partners reported that it also reduced their genital sensitivity and sexual pleasure. In rare cases lidocaine or prilocaine can cause an allergic reaction.

Psychotherapy
This approach, also known as counseling or talk therapy, involves talking about your relationships and experiences with a mental health professional. These talk sessions can help you reduce performance anxiety or find effective ways of coping with stress and solving problems. For many couples affected by premature ejaculation, talking with a therapist together may produce the best results.

Ejaculation Problems? -

Heyy there, i-m a 17 year old who can masturbate fine, twice a day sometimes and reach climax with no problem what so ever. when a girl masturbates me it takes a very long time. I-ve had sex once using a condom and i couldn-t reach climax, i don-t know if it is because you lose the feel with condoms. Have i got a problem, or shouldn-t i worry about it? (it-s on my mind but i do need to gain more experience i think) Thanks for reading and your answers.

Perhaps she isn;t doiong it right, or you have trained yourself to respond in a particular manner
You don-t have any problems.... it will all fall into place. Everything is functional physiologically from what you describe. There is a psychological component but that will be more fitting down the road when you have better adult space. You are learning some of the basics for more complex choreography later. It will all fit together later with that special person at that special time. It is all about love in the end.
Theres no problems. The only reason why it isnt happening is because when you masturbate you can use your hand and control the way your hand moves throughout the process.

Please tell me the reasons for improper male ejaculation ? And what are the symptoms? -

over stimulation, do you mean premature. try this about a half hour before you plan to get down and do the nasty masturbate, this often helps. also try to refocus your train of thought as you feel your self building to the point of ejaculation think of the most horrid memory possible. such as your parents having sex or something sick that may also help to delay also they have so many products out there that can help try this buy a small tube of baby Ora-jell apply to the penis before you get busy this will help to desensitize the area don-t use to much or it may take away all the fun. hope this helps.

dont do that its bad

Too Much ejaculation = muscle loss ? -

as the tittle say perhaps as a man if you ejaculate too much would that effect your muscle growth in any way ? because semen is actually protein and after you ejaculate I-m sure your testosterone level will be lower then before please enlighten me with your ideas and beliefs however facts would be best.
No. Semen also contains a lot of sugar. Your body begins making more as soon as you ejaculate.
once again, it-s misinformation. You don-t ejaculate testosterone; that exists in your bloodstream. And while there-s protein in your ejaculate, you have plenty in you for your muscles. You-re not hurting yourself or your body. Jerk as often as you need/like. It-s harmless.
Semen is mostly sugar. Testosterone isn-t lowered because it is a hormone. Muscles loss only occurs when your body begins to burn muscle instead of fat.
no no no no no no and NO!
lol...this is stuid...the protein in semen is so little...
No.

Any home remedies to premature ejaculation? Anybody? -

Any home remedies to premature ejaculation? Anybody? -

Ok, this is a common problem, u can chose any of these 3 solutions:
1. Specific foods like fish, shellfish, ginger, lettuce
My recipe: cut 1 big fresh ginger into 1cm cubes, add milk and warm gently then add 1 tsp of honey
2. Pharmaceutical preparations belonging to the groups SSRI, or TCS like Anafranil, Zoloft, Citalopram to be taken 4 hours before the incident
N.B. Also drugs like Viagra and Cialis are known to cause the effect
3. Exercises:
a. Enter your partner and stay inside without any motion for 10 mins
b. Flex and relax the muscle that u use to stop peeing 10 times 4 sets everyday
c. During intercoarse whenever u feel u r about to orgasm pull out of ur partner wait for 30 sec then re-enter
Good Luck

Practice. Masturbate until you are on the brink then stop and let the feeling subside. Do this several times before you finally ejaculate. The same could be done with a woman. Continue to stimulate her, either manually or orally, while you pause so she doesn-t get out of the mood.
Dunno buddy, the solution is notoriously hard to come by.
Yes an ugly fat nasty woman!
go to the doctor. fast.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Theres a lot of over the counter products you can get from your chemist, such as horny goat weed. Ages ago I heard about emu eggs, simple scrap the external shell, into a powder from and add it to your food.
For a natural aphrodisiacs try eating banana, celery, carrot, fennel and onion

I also once read in cleo, you push the are between the penis and the testes, to make you last longer.
Stop eating cakes, breads, meats, eggs, Coffee, teas, pretty hot things, appetizers, and things that make you excited, for a month.
During that try lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Try not go for sex this month.
When you take a shower, put some slight cold water on your shoulders and end of your back bone.
control... no known remedies... yup quite confident with my answer
Masturbate beforehand.
When you get too close... STOP
then after a while, do it again
buy a ring. they now come with condems at walmart
I once saw a suggestion in Cosmo that you pinch (gently-ish) the head of the penis occassionally.

Also, working on lengthening time during mastrubation, and using those techniques during sex has been known to work.

What the best pill for Premature-ejaculation?? Safe? -

for premature? i dont think there is a pill. there is viagra, cialis, levitra and all that for ED (not being able to get it up) but to last longer... i think youll have to look for other solutions.

Take some Horny Goat Weed.
I do not know about a pill but there is a cream for premature ejaculation. It sort of desensitize a man some. It is called manejay I think. It is sold over the counter. You can find it at erotica stores too.
use an anastetic spray on your di*k that helps or think of the viccar eating your mothers cookies at afternoon teatime.
Niagra falls will make you want to go to the toilet.
forget about pills
You have to work on that yourself. ED medications might get you hard faster and possibly past your orgasm, but most likely will not. I have answered this question quite a few times. Feel free to research it.
antidepressants, seriously
You should just pop a viagra... it should keep you up for hours
Pills are bogus.. RELAX. Practice in non-threatning manor.
Take plenty of time,RELAX-
