Premature ejaculation occurs when a man reaches orgasm and ejaculates too quickly and without control. In other words, ejaculation occurs before a man wants it to happen. It may occur before or after beginning foreplay or intercourse. Some men experience a lot of personal distress because of this condition.
As many as one in five men experience difficulty with uncontrolled or early ejaculation at some point in life. When premature ejaculation happens so frequently that it interferes with the sexual pleasure of a man or his partner, it becomes a medical problem.

In many cases it has nothing to do with time...but the lack of control.
But maybe this question is rooted elsewhere. Here-s the thing. Society, and pressure is put on men to last. Read previous threads...but I found a study which documented 20-30 year old males in stable relationships, and the average time from insertion to ejaculation was 7 -10 min (they were not trying to last, hold off etc).
We often try to hold out mentally and physically, to please our partner....The problem is this is counter intuative to how we were built. We are animals, and we are programed to ejaculate fairly quickly....as the more times we do it the better chances of conception.
Men and women need to understand each others needs and limitations. Girls need to understand that we hold out to please them. They should understand that we try, and it can be hard....it is against our physiology.
