Does a higher sperm count = a higher ejaculation? -

Would a person with a higher sperm count ejaculate more then a person with a lower one?

no that is not the case... this is because

sperm is produced by the Testis (testicles), sperm is stored in a gland called the epididymis when a man orgasms he usually releases semen (milky white fluid containing sperm)... the sperm are released and on their way out they mix with seminal fluid.

the prostate gland and the seminal vesicle (parts in your penis just underneath your bladder) produce a seminal fluid that nourishes the sperm... a man could make more of this fluid than actual sperm that is why it appears that a man is ejaculating more sperm... when is in fact a higher volume of seminal fluid.

that would be the technical answer
No, all that sperm count tells you is how much actual little sperm are swimming in your semen. Think of it as how concentrated your semen is. Guys who have had vasectomies can still ejaculate even though their sperm count is 0.
Probably not. Your sperm count is the density of sperm in the semen. How many per microliter, for instance. There are lots of other ingredients to the sperm, all of which could affect the volume.
nope it simply means that a higher percentage of the ejaculate is sperm. But the bulk of the ejaculate is still fluids from the prostate and neighbouring glands.
The volume is about the same -- just more swimmers.
The short answer - no.
