Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual dysfunction. There is disagreement on what exactly qualifies as premature ejaculation - some doctors or sex experts say that it-s coming after a few minutes, others say it-s coming before your partner.

30% of men live with premature ejaculation, according to a survey conducted by the National Health and Social Life Survey (NHSLS). Unlike erectile dysfunction, which in most cases is physiological, premature ejaculation is more from lack of practice in controlling their orgasm. I would try and stay away from PE drugs if you can. It is possible to learn control. A lot of guys feel that they can-t and don-t have any control over it, but this is not true.

PE is often a learned or very deeply sub-conscious response. It can also have a viscous cycle where the fear of PE actually causes PE. The guy loses confidence and then it happens again a becomes a repeat pattern.

Premature Ejaculation (PE) drugs or creams, work to numb the penis and reduce sensation. The idea being, that the less sensation you have in the tip of the penis, the longer it will take you to orgasm and ejaculate.

Secondly, Pre-mat ejac.... has more to do with ur brain and very little with ur body. many of the guy when tensed and depressed fail to get due erection and ejaculate in semi erection..... and u would have realised that when u are happy ur sex duration increases... its natural..

my boyfriend is always fine during sexual activity. after ejaculation occurs he starts getting stomach pains and then vomits. it turns him away from sex more and more everytime. what is wrong?

im not sure what is exactly wrong but I would advise him to see a doctor about it.
well perhaps he never reaches his climax and hank and the twins get pissed of and tell the stomach to start freekin out. there is a simple fix for this. get on call of duty and on the crash level on the south side you can get on the lightpole and then jump to the roof. you have to have a mini uzi though. probbablt jsut a bad case of blue balls . tom cruise and his dog had the same problem.
